Some JWs overseas use a false name to evade the authorities. Is this a common practice?
by dropoffyourkeylee ini had posted this a few days ago and got no response, then i realized i had messed up the title, so here goes again;.
i have learned from a credible source that jws from the us have recently gone to morocco to witness, where the work is under ban, and while living there have lived under assumed names.
this is (according to my source) under the direction of the branch (i'm not sure which branch it would be, but i would guess france).

rmt1, she was a former atheist and hard core evolutionist and walked away from getting her doctarate after studying with the Witnesses who appeared as knowing all the problems the world had to offer. Also, part of the generation who would never have kids because the "world's population was growing so fast and it would be cruel to bring about life in such a messy environment."
She was not a fun person to discuss religion or Bible topics with during her schooling decades ago. So very well trained in logic, critical thinking, world religious views and years of hard-science and math, evolution and atheism were truth to her. Now I look back and ask how a person who knew how to think turned their mind in to cottage cheese and would say that they felt the "Governing Body appeared so human and down to earth". What happened to the thinking person I loved to argue and debate with, where did her brain go?

I know Witnesses who visit the Food Bank and use Blood Bank products from Factor-8 and Factor 9 to Spider Bite and Snake Bite treatments. Can someone help me ask the right questions to get the brothers and sisters to think why it's ok to take when Paul quotes Jesus saying "It's better to give than to receive".
How come JWs don't feel guilt always taking and never giving? Witnesses who were financial strong would visit the Food Bank to get Cheese, Milk and other "day old bread" grocery stores donated to the Senior "Bread Basket". It's bad enough they don't donate or give but to take things they don't need because their too cheap is obscene!

We at JWN sometimes assume a higher education might help people see through the smoke and mirrors which did not happen in this case. It took twenty five years of Cult indoctrination to turn a former graduate at the top of their class and finish their Master's of Science degree to hand over their thinking to the Cult.
Hoping to make contact with a friend who might see through the lies, I was grilled with constant emphasis how wonderful the Governing Body presented themselves "so human in appearance", as opposed to "non human" or "angelic"? What did she mean?

it is telling for several reasons; it highlights the fact that the watchtower organization can expel and marginalize anyone for literally anything if they are crossed.
they did that to ray franz back in the early 1980s and they recently have done it to these fine folks.. there are some six pieces of documentation in the account and it is in some ways a complicated mess, but it really boils down to a couple of active witnesses informing on someone to the elders.

What's up with all the fear of Jesus Christ's name? By what authority did you change the name given to Christians the Holy Spirit revealed to first-century followers of Jesus Christ? (Acts 11:25-27).
Was Paul showing a lack of faith in God by using Jesus Christ's name excessively? (Ephesians chapter 1) and what is the curse for changing the "Good News" Paul declared to the Galatians? (Galatians chapter 1).
He/She is a rebel/apostate according to the written Gospel of Bethel and Patterson there is no excuse for any follower of the Watchtower Society to frequent these Message Boards. I heard from the Horses's Mouth, only a Apostate will post on these Boards and there is no excuse around that truth provided by the Faithful Slave. Facebook is a "No No" according to a few righteous sisters updates. Using a Smart Phone I saw a sister's Facebook page with a photo of the Governing Body and 100 Likes, that's why I fear opening up a Facebook account, did not need the boys at Patterson's to tell me not to join so I can see "updates" of people out in Field Service or photos of the Sunday speaker or Bethel Overseers.

Why is a heavy emphasis on Jesus Christ's name so scary to long-time Jehovah's Witnesses? Early Christians were anxious to share the Good News about Jesus Christ while Modern Jehovah's Witnesses will frown and look upon you with great suspcion if you mention his name more than once a month (or something like that) leading to close monitoring of your activity. Where did we go wrong and how did we miss the unhealthy fear of Jesus Christ's name, it's a Cult thing.

The Organization twists the reality of the role the elders play in a congregation. The elders are not policemen and do not have authority to punish anyone, according to the Bible, they can give advice and offer loving counsel but we all know that rarely takes place. So, a husband and wife live on the edge, hoping their spouse does not call the elders to reveal one of her/his vices, what kind of marriage is that? How petty is the Watchtower to create a tattle-tale home environment where the mentally weak publishers live in fear of coming home after a long and hard day of work, only to find two or three elders sitting on his couch with the dreaded yellow notepads. That's a great way to start your weekend off, here are a few stories newbie JWN members probably have not experienced and I hope this warns you of calling in the congregation's A-team! Love you all!

Some Elders are arrogant, I remember talking to one Elder who said “Jehovah’s Organization helps all the elders become a “Jack of all trades” through our great theocratic education (Watchtower-Awake B.S., M.S. and phD), the Slave helped me become a marriage counselor, financial planner, handy man, psychiatrist and psychologist by keeping up with our reading and listening to the friends speak their mind. Jehovah’s Organization has the most competent Shepherds of any religious organization.” We got in to this discussion because a sister had found pornography in her husband’s work office and ran to the elders (She is close to fifty years-old) telling them her elder husband was “at it again”. Our sister decided instead of confronting her husband on his “questionable habit”, she needed to involve the elders with their marital problems. She was uncomfortable with his sexual habits of desiring sex more than once a week and wanting to experiment with different positions and possibly oral-sex and anything else to wake up their stale marriage. Women share their stories about their husband in car-groups, not cool to expose your husband’s secrets to the Flock he’s supposed to be watching over. He was removed from his position and now is focusing on his work, everyone is wondering why he was removed from his position thinking it might be adultery due to innuendo of his wife. He’s a very good man, a gentle brother who enjoy’s studying the magazines from every time period and now he is the focus of gossping women and brothers thinking (one of the most educated Watchtower trained ex-elders) he is evil. Great Job to his babbling wife!
The second example is about a sister whose daughter was getting the Hell beat out of her by a wicked little third generation JW prince. His father once was the leader of our circuit, he carried lots of clout and when his boys got in trouble, he would “quid-pro-quo” them out of trouble. Little prince was six feet tall, weighed about 230lbs, wife 5:6 and 120lbs with bad health problems. The black eyes, bruised wrists and missing tooth were a dead give-away. After close to killing his wife in one of his drunken bouts of JW approved social drinking, she ran home to her former Marine dad. He became full of righteous indignation and said “I am going to kill that little bastard!” his wife instead of trying to talk her husband down to a more mellow state of mind, called the elders and they rushed over like lighting! Instead of focusing on the evil little wife-beating prince, she started to dump on her husband bringing up shit that had no bearing on the present moment. She talked about their unusual sex life, her husband’s record keeping of his business along with petty things he might have done.
He was removed from the “body of elders” because his wife called in the trouble-shooting team of Gomer and Gufus. What happened to the wife beater, nothing really, just a slap on the wrist and told to be a good little boy. His wife was grilled by Organizational wisdom, the basic “Are you keeping your house clean? How is your sexual life, are you a dead lay? What about dinner, do you try to make tasty dishes so he is not so angry? You know being on disability is hard on your husband, why not try to get home faster from your job and work harder around the house? Make yourself pretty and be more positive and try to get him out in the Field Ministry, that’s where Jehovah work’s his magic on us, even if you preach for a hour as a couple, you will find it’s calming affects are strong. Those are real words from that “Jack of all trades Elder” and his buddy Batman (hit in the head by a baseball bat because of impropriety), there has to be another way than bringing in Batman and Goober to help solve your maritial problems, ask somebody on JWN for advice about love, life and marriage please!
Almost always the Watchtower Organization misquotes Paul’s advice to the Corinthian Congregation. The Watchtower pervert’s these passages to mean we are not able to eat the deep things (Spiritual Meat) like “Overlapping Generation”, “Anointed Being De-Anointed or Castrated in the July 15 th 2013 Watchtower, their flip-flopping view of joining the United Nations, JWs can take blood but not give blood. The spiritual sages who played with the lives of the African brothers in Malawi while they allowed the Mexican brotehrs to bribe military officials while joining the military. Deep meaty things Paul was hoping his Corithian children would absorb without asking questions, not that’s total bull-shit! It’s a long thread and I apologize to everyone who reads this but if we are still worshiping God we need to know what Paul was speaking about. What do you think Paul meant when he told the congregation they were not capable of receiving spiritual meat, only spiritual milk.
