Jefft A question your expertise may be able to answer. Everyone seems to look at the property assets the WBTS has in its possession as equitable properties. A person who claims to work at a bank the WTBS banks with list their D&B credit as good. With their cash flow and If the properties were containing equity wouldn't it be easy to receive a loan based off of these two factors. Is it telling that they are more willing to limit growth and operations while having cash flow and good credit. My point is the NYC properties are some the hottest properties in the world. If they needed liquid capital, wouldn't any bank in the world be willing to loan them money if the properties had equity?

From what I've noticed about exjws, uniformity is hard to achieve. I think the best way to deal with this is to set a date and let everyone do what he or she wants. Kind of like Christmas. Some people have a big party, some people keep it intimate, some people view the religious part as important, while others use the opportunity to embrace his or her family. Everyone does his or her own thing. If someone wants to mail a uniform letter he or she can do that. If someone wants to write a personal letter he or she can do that. We don't have to do the same thing. This freedom will allow a group of people, whom are cautious of any form of control, to be an active part. Don't make specific rules. Leave them open to do what they want. Just give them the opportunity to be active. -

BOC I have had both. They are excellent drinks. The problem with single malts is there is so much variety between the batches which understandably adds to the experience for some. The blended ones are mixed to create a very specific profile. I love the JW Blue. It just matches my taste. -

I enjoy an active lifestyle which includes running, biking, hiking, and hunting. If I smoke one, I will smoke a thousand. I admire people who can smoke one and put it away. I unfortunately am not one of those people. -

Imagine you run a business which makes 1,000,000 per year. Your operational cost run you 66%. You have 33% you use for growth. You have a nice little plan, but you want it to grow faster. You decide to mortgage some of the equity and assets to fund your growth. So, you barrow 1,000,000 dollars which cost you 100,000 per year. No problem you increase your business by 10% so you can cover the cost of your loan. Your plan works out great. Only one problem, you only appear to be wealthier. In actuality, you are worth less now than one year ago. You find yourself discontent with what your company is doing so you use the same process the next year, then the next, and so on. You are growing larger and larger. Now you are not as lean as you once were so your operational cost has increased to 80% and then the unimaginable happens. You stopped increasing revenue to cover your cost and your previous loans. This is a scenario which is repeated everyday. This is a corporation killer. When you see a once mighty corp sell out like Dell for pennies on the dollar this is what causes it. The only thing in the case of the WBTS no one will buy them out.
This is all hypothetical, but they are acting like a corp which has cut its own throat. Just because one sells a building for a billion doesn't mean the money goes to the seller. The bank always gets it's cut first.

Unfortunately, writing is not my bag. It should be published in a form that would allow for a "copy and paste" with a little editing of names to make it easier to do. For about 50 bucks worth of stamps you could wreak havoc on some already over worked brothers weekend. Actually, the best time to do it would be around a CA or DA so more will be in mass groups and the question would be asked, "Did someone send in a DA letter on you"? so even the ones who didn't get the letter would know what it's about. Put in web sites in the letter to get the process going to Advertise, Advertise, Advertise.
