the recent post on how we felt about apostates when we were dubs made me remember something, which i touched on in the post.
when i was 11 my entire damn family visited bethel in brooklyn.
there was a grey-haired older fellow that stayed outside the facility yelling at the top of his lungs.
Hey I just remembered...It wasn't Coffee Man, it was Mr Coffee. Right?

There was someone like that when I visited in 1980. I think they called him Coffee Man because he gave them a hard time about drinking coffee.

a quick introduction then on to my 2nd post *smiles*.... general greetings & well wishes.....i'm new to jwd, but not new to xjw/jw chat.
i'm 36 years old (and yes...i'm wearing a bonnet and a pink outfit in my pic) (that means i'm a chick for all you lusty men)i've spent the last 3.5 years online laughing, crying, generally healing from my watchtower divorce.
so now that i've let go of all the spit n venom...i sit here worried that my posts will lack the sarcasm and general wicked tone necessary to keep your interest...maybe i should invest in some semi-nude glamour shots?
Congratulations on your first post!
Every man here who has a sister that they haven't heard from in yrs is hoping that they are your brother. Alas my sisters are much younger than you. It warms my heart though, thinking of the reunion that's in store for you.

what is the most romantic/sexiest thing you've ever done?.
for me, one of the most daring things i've ever done was to pick up my boyfriend at the bus station wearing only my raincoat and high heels.......when we got in the car i gave him a peek at what was under the coat.
we didnt make it any farther than a nearby dimly lit parking lot without laying down the seats and steaming the windows.. ok; who's next?.
On our 12th anniversary ....
12 days before our anniversary I gave her a rose and a card recalling the high points of our first year. On the 11th day I gave her 2 roses and a card recalling the second yr and so on until the actual anniverary when I rented the same room where we spent our wedding night and covered the bed in rose petals.
I think the florist was falling in love with me. :)

Here in Texas there are a lot of men who like to where cowboy boots as dress shoes. I was told that I couldn't get on stage at the ASSembly if I was wearing boots. Imagine that. There is a "higher" standard at the ASSemblies and CONventions. You rarely saw anyone with a mustache giving a part on the big stage.

did you hear about the guy from alabama who passed away and left his.
entire estate to his beloved widow -- but she can't touch it 'til she's 14?
how do you know when you're staying in a kentucky hotel?
April,
I'm from Arkansas and I must say.......Have you been to Arkansas before because you nailed it. :)
Did you hear about the hillbilly that found out that his new bride was a virgin? He went to his dad and asked him what to do. His dad told him ..."Take her back, Son! If she's not good enough for her own family she's not good enough for ours!"

i notice when i am in chat a lot of people take "smoke" breaks.
i wonder how many of ya'll took up smoking after the left the org?
personally i have tried a ciggy a time or two but didn't really take to it...if i am going to smoke something i want it to make me...uuummm happy
Yeah I've smoked since being out but I think I'm done with cigs anyway. They just give me a headache. Not to mention they constrict blood vessels. At my age you don't want any of those tiny but oh so important blood vessels to shrinkage. No sir, Don't like shrinkage.
