before i begin i just wanna say, im not proud of what i did, it was wrong but it happened now im just trying to do the right thing.. ok so im a "worldly" person and i meet a jw women at my job.

i had no idea she was married due to the fact that she hid her wedding ring.

i even ask if she was in a relationship and she denied it.

full custody? dont want to do that the babies are only two months old, i dont think its wise to take them from the mother at such a young age. i think shared custody both legal and physical is better i guess. But religion is a big factor since im not a jdub. so ill be talking to my lawyer about that holidays and blood transfusions

@cold steel - have you considered just letting the twins grow up without you?

yeah i considered it, i thought about it for months before they were born. i just cant do it, they deserve to know im there father, i feel like its the right thing to do for them, i can imagine them growing up and finding about how there JW mother committed adultery and they were born as a result of it. I heard a lot about jw's trying to commit suicide, having mental illness, depression and all sorts of things. They need to have a safe haven, a place or someone they can go to to ask question about life without referring to a bible scripture.

What are your legal rights and wishes regarding this matter?

i want to be in my daughters lives, i dont want it to be controlled or having the mother and step father keeping secrets, if she was so much of a witness she knows the consequences of her actions. i want to have joint legal and physical custody if i can. At least give them a chance to experience what it like to enjoy both sides of our religions.

Was she anxious to have a physical relationship? And who initiated it, you or her?

in the beginning we both were just talking then it became much more. much more as in first we talk then we had our first kiss then hey let it the bed. it was a normal relationship process and nothing was forced. we were deeply in love

Do you think she wanted a long term relationship with you at the time?

yes we spoke about marriage and living together, she had doubts and so did i, but we kept the relationship going. we had ups and downs and ultimately she decided for her daughters to end the relationship and to leave me just like that

And why wasn't she on birth control? she hated condoms ,she says it uncomfortable, we used it in the beginning but she hated it. it was stupid, even her own husband told her to use it LMAO. and yes i know there is other means of birth control but we didnt mind having babies together. we were blinded by love i guess. we both had same goals in mind but religion.

Is it possible you want this woman to leave her husband and marry you, or is that not part of the equation? After whats she has said and done to me and eveything ive been though. id rather not, she doesnt respect me as a father and doesnt even respect the babies. whats she is doing is a form of child abuse. i havent seen the babies for 2 months, no phone call, text, nada.

@_morpheus thanks for the advice and strong words. Things like blood transfusion and them not enjoy the holidays and being regular kids really bother me so ill be ask my lawyer to assist me in that I really one to try and get my joint legal and physical custody and work it in such a way where they spend holidays with me.

Help denied visiting my gradchildren in jw brothers custody

i regret trusting my jw brother ...long story short my daughter trusted him and gave custody to him of 2 children, he married and cut us out .. moved ect .

sents then he moved in with dad in arizona he has faded... sis in law became caregiver... cared to stress him on a daily bases... i got to see the kids once... in over 10 years.

sis in law is a cold mean devious person got my brother to shunning dad now... because he complaint about her abusive actions .... .

Whatever you do dont have an agreement with go thur the court system. Dont make the mistake and one day they decided to break that agreement. At least with legal documents you can make moves

@crazyguy thanks for the honesty. i had a feeling something like this would or might happen. its a sad situation but the end of the day there my kiddies and i cant just walk away so easy without a fight.

yeah she was disfellowshipped. no family, no friends, husband left her and only when she got pregnant they came outta the wood works barely.

Ok so im a "worldly" person and i meet a jw women at my job. i had no idea she was married due to the fact that she hid her wedding ring. I even ask if she was in a relationship and she denied it. We would meet frequently at work and i started to get really into her the more we interacted . One day she told me she was a JW and i had no problem with that but at the time i didn't know anything about the religion only that the vist at peoples home and had out flyers or magz at the local train station.

Anyway, the relationship grew and i realized i wanted her to be my GF and i could tell she wanted to be with me too. But one day she told me she was married and i was shocked. She then showed my the wedding ring and i was shocked again. i felt bad that this whole time i was dealing with a married women but my feels for her was too strong so we both decided to keep see each other. She told me a bit about her husband, he wasnt the best husband but thats a different story.

Long story short, we were together for two years and she never got a divorce and then she got pregnant and she decided to go back with her husband saying that i would divide the family and i would make a good father. WTF, i guess its cuz im not a JW. Anyway she left and she gave birth giving the babies the husbands last name and saying they need to talk about how i would see my babies, MIND YOU I TOOK CARE FOR THIS WOMEN DURING THE WHOLE PREGNANCY AND HUSBAND WAS NOT AROUND. They wanted to talk and discuses how it was gonna work out but i already knew about what the JW are capable of so declined and instead summons them to court. I haven't seen my twin daughters for two months, i guess they are shunning me lol, but they cant shun me forever.
