Will You Make Room for Pioneering?

was a brilliant move.. the prestige, status and few little perks associated with those committing to being full-time workers is miniscule compensation for their sacrifice of time, lifestyle, income and educational opportunities.. yes, the hour requirements have dropped on several occasions.
how many on the board know that the regular pioneer requirement was once 150 hours a month, then 1200 hours a year, than 1000, now 90-vacation/assembly time?.

Hi Fred,
You have to wait till you are 30 years old to pioneer, if you follow Jesus example. You can work as a carpenter untill you get that old.

Hi YK,
Let's see if I understand this situation between God and humans. I was born, I had no choice in this. Then I learned later that I was evil because some one thousands of years before me ate a piece of fruit. I didn't know him or did I have anything to do with his disloyalty. God says I will make them all die, everyone who is born will die because I will change their genes, but Adam made me do it, so it's his fault.
I will make it possible for everyone to have life though by killing another perfect creature, not me really, you were responsibile, I just sent him there so you would have the opportunity to kill him. Now because you killed him you will have the opportunity to be liked by me. Some day soon? I will send him back to save the world, I mean destroy the world, no save the world, whatever.
But before you can live you must listen to a group of men who will all give you some truth but mostly lies. Then I will enlighten one mysterious internet man called YK who will have all the answers except when the end is coming. Your judgement will depend on his advice as he will be an apostate but not really an apostate, only judged an apostate by those who run God's earthly organization.
Ouch!!! I think my reasoning powers just blew a fuse, I can't continue.Keep up the confusion YK, you may save someone yet.

Hi Wendy,
You have to use a large pot and fill it up so you have enough to feed the family when it cooks down. You are making me hungry talking about cooking greens, I hope you didn't forget the side meat to flavor it.

Hi LDH,
I remember the story about a northerner JW receiving some turnip greens from a local sister. She was putting them in the trunk of this yankee JW and asking if it was a mess and the sister kept saying no, it's not a mess, so she would put some more in her trunk until she had put enough to feed 5 families. No yankees will understand what was happening. HA HA.
This southern talk makes me feel at home.

Where do you go to die?
by wasasister infor the majority of humans, certain events are surrounded by tradition and ritual.
marriage, the birth of children, entrance into adulthood, and death are all life-events which will be marked by most with a form of religious ceremony.
for the few who have left off affiliation with a religious organization, these events are marked differently - more by tradition than by mystic ritual.

Glad to see you back. You give me peace from the doubts I may have had about leaving the borg. I now know that you, the WT Society, GB, clergy, pagans all have one thing in common, you all think you have some special revelation form a Great Force somewhere in the universe called God, the creator or whatever, when in fact it all comes from your demented mind that is starved for an answer to the hereafter.
Face the facts YK, you have no more special revelation than the natives in the backwoods of the jungles. Most humans try and quell their yearning for understanding the meaning of life with whatever sources they have, the bible, nature or whatever they perceive as coming from the "Creator". I have finally come to the realization that there is no such revelation in existance. Each religion, individual, or race of people make up their own philosophy of life as seen from the diversity of doctrine.
Enjoy each day of your life as honestly and loving as you can, as this is what brings happiness. As Faith Hill said in her song,"you don't get your money back." You are wasting your life if you expect to recieve it in the future.

my brother and i decided we were going to find the old family graveyard.
the problem was that the last time we were there was 40+ years ago and it was hard to find then with someone directing us there.

Hi Wendy,
I have been so moved lately by the beauty of the earth. I love to sit in my backyard and enjoy the birds, trees and my little dogs as they play there. As you get older you appreciate life more and the simple things that make life so enjoyable. I don't fear death but I sure don't want to die anytime soon. My brother and I have had so much fun together since we discovered the freedom from the borg. He is 67 now and I know we don't have many years left to enjoy so we are doing our best to not waste any of it.
