  six degrees of separation..claim to fame!

  everyone is somehow connected to a celebrity, with that wondeful six degrees of separation.. for me, my aunt's(by marriage), first cousin is ally sheedy.. how are you related?

  Hi Ruby,

  Did you hear about the artist that was comissioned to paint a picture depicting the last thoughts of General Custer? After about six months the museum called him up to see if he had finished, and he was through with it. They came down to see it and this is what they saw: There was a lake and all around it there were bushes. In the center of the lake were two fish jumping out of the water, they had a sort of glow surrounding them. All around the lake under the bushes were two sets of feet, one set pointing up and the other pointing downward. The museum man couldn't understand how this depicted his thoughts right before he was attached.

  He explained: Holy mackerel, look at all those f**king Indians.

  Tornado hit my brothers home

  my brother and his family are just thankful to be alive!

  sunday night with tornado warnings out through the state of tn.

  about 7:30 that night, my brother went out on the porch to look at the lightning.

  Sorry to hear of the destruction and death there. We very seldom have a tornado in our area, but about 4 or 5 years ago one touched down in a little town about 8 miles from here. It tore it up and killed a couple of people. They were really lucky that only 2 people died. It is an old town and several old brick buildings were devastated. I was working at an Advance Auto parts store that day in Eden NC and went out to look at the storm clouds, there was some hail and the clouds in the direction of the little town of Stoneville looked strange, someone came in a little later and told us that Stoneville was torn up bad. My daughter was traveling near Danville Va and the same storm caused a tornado near where she was driving, she was really scared. It was in a wooded area so no houses were hurt. I hope you brother can get things back to normal, if that's possible after his experience.

  Any new halls?

  when i joined the org.

  in 1988, every once in a while new halls were being built here and there.

  i couldn't pass a month without hearing that a new hall was being built.

  I noticed a" for sale" sign in front of the old KH for a year. They have a new lot to build a new hall but I guess they have to sell the old one first. I wonder how long it will take to sell the old one? Why they decided to build a new one I don't know. I'm sure it wasn't because of an increase in publishers.

  on top of all this the frosting on the cake is earth becoming a perfect planet where every square inch of surface area is like a lush botanical garden.. i dare anyone to tell me with a clear conscience they would not want all of this and look forward to wonderful things that surpass the scope of our imaginations.

There is resturant that has any brand of beer you can name to accommodate the many people who stop at the docs from other countries.

  You are probably right fjtoth, it will probably have a better chance of getting to the GB on this site than if mailed out to them. I don't think I will mail it since it would be usless anyway and it served it's purpose of letting me rant my feelings. Any good JWs have an answer to the thoughts I expressed?? Shot me down if you can.
