Yes, I agree with the others about Lisa Gerrard and Loreena McKennitt!!!
Also, Elizabeth Frazer (Cocteau Twins) is SUBLIME.

we all dream often of how we might like to be living in a certain kind of environment, if you were the artist / designer of your ideal home, what construction materials would you work with, what shape would be your structure, what features would it have and what tone would you set for the place?
.
describe your dream home..... celty
Celtic,
What does your dream home look like?

Hmmm...I'd say something akin to the "forest of the elves home" in
The Lord of the Rings. Yes...that would do well. ~¿~

Focus,
After reading the real McCoy Watchtower article it is plain to see
how bombarded we were with ridiculous minutiae!!!!!!! I do remember, as a
teenager, obsessing over whether or not certain candy bars contained "blood products"
as back then even THAT was a bloody issue! (pun well intended ~¿ô)
Incredible, all of it, eh?
Be well,

P.S., Focus?
I think that my gullibility had something to do with lack of
morning coffee and my cats wandering around me!
May I please be excused now? ô¿ô

Focus,
I am finding it VERY hard to believe that this 'Questions from Readers'
article is actually true.
I cannot even fathom that it could possibly be true as it is SO
INCREDIBLY BIZARRE.
Was this posted jokingly, or is this actually an article???

That is HYSTERICAL!
(Thanks for spending the 50 pence, too!)
mulan mentioned the rain in seattle in the thread entitled rain, rain, rain.
nathan natas, the dead ringer for brother knorr, explained that new york gets more inches of precipitation.
billy goat alluded to light deprivation as a contributor to depression.

What a precious post! Several things in it I adored, such as when you and
your Grandfather pulled weeds with the Czechoslovakian man and proceeded to
have your first beer out in service...what a neat man, your Grandpa.
And your neighbor boys comment to you about all people having your "own little holies".
How sweet is that???
Thanks for sharing your delightful reminiscences,
