Is shunning unscriptual?

do not even eat with such people.. if shunning is wrong.
.how does one explain this scripture?.

If the fairy tale book hints at shunning for any reason, and the fairy tale believers take it too far, the fault is the book for not being clear enough, in exact detail, what it is implying.
How about an entire book of the Bible on shunning, how to do it and not do it. Instead we get Song of Solomon, or Job, or some other ignorable tripe.

If you are Christian and feel the need to set a JW straight, start of with some common footing by establishing what all you agree on:
- The Bible is God's Word
- Homosexuality is an abomination
- Women should know their place in the family and at church
- Teens should feel guilty about masturbating
- The human race is only 6,000 years old
After that you can start splitting hairs about how drinking fake human blood ought to be done.

Was Jesus really a Jehovah`s Witness ? He never identified himself as such , in word or deed.
by smiddy inalso he never chastised the jews for not identifying themselves as jehovah`s witnesses following isaiah`s statement at ch.43 :10-12 , so many years before hand.. and he had ample opportunity to do so on numerous occasions .. jesus himself never used the divine name /jehovah or any other equivalent , in any of his sayings attributed to him by his contemporaries .. sure he acknowledged god as his father and that he did his fathers will , but he never acknowledged him by a personal name such as jehovah or anything like it.. and lets not forget acts 11:26 it was first in antioch that followers of jesus by divine providence were to be called christians , not jehovah`s witnesses,.

YHWH is used nearly seven thousand times in the OT.
The NT comes along and Yahweh's name is dropped like a dirty shirt. Not only does this make no sense theologically, it gets worse, the transition to not using Yahweh's name is never discussed in scripture.
Could the bible be a just a collection of discordant religious texts?

Using the words "fine tuning" is misleading loaded language.
If the cosmological constants have tight tolerances (what is actually being described), so what?
Tight tolerances are proof that tight tolerances exist. NOTHING ELSE. Is Perry a real Christian or a troll?
