because the flu was dangerous and it could even kill you.

years ago, i would raise my eyebrows wondering why these families couldnât simply integrate their kids with other âworldlyâ kids.
at this point in time, with so many theories being pushed on kids and their parents, i can see why parents, if they are qualified, could instruct their kids themselves.

I agree that if the parents arenât qualified, itâs not helping the children. My mother was a very good teacher. I went to public schools but my mother had the gift to help people through Bible studies and even was made a Book Study conductor when not enough males qualified. If she were a homeschool teacher back in the day I believe she would have been a good teacher. But not everyone is a good teacher.

Did You Feel Special Because You Were An Elder or Friend or Family Of?
by minimus infor many families, they received the golden ticket once a family member became an elder.
the glory and admiration of being an elder seeped right thru to all the elderâs connections.
if you got into some trouble, having an elder friend or relative could give you the stay out of jail card.

Otwo, I was raised to believe that being an elder was my purpose. I did experience some jealousy from others because I was the youngest appointed elder in the District. So, some people thought I was wonderful while others would (rightfully) say how can this kid counsel me about my kids and my wife of many years when he has almost no experience?
