Never did I think they were right and i should go back. I did think that life as we know it is changing all the time , and not for the better.

What do you think ?
by obiwan in.
i know many like myself have had alot of different experiances and have met many different people since leaving the jw's.my question is do you think you knew or found people to be more intelligent in the organization or have you found people to be more stimulating and intelligent outside the organization, setting aside the fact that the people in the organization are apart of it?
i'm just curious as to peoples experiances.

I disagree with Email. Intelligents has nothing to do with if you stay in or get out. I't has to do with are you willing to leave a family and a life you knew behind.

There is also surveillance of at least several hundred Iraqi nationals living in the United States who are thought to be supporters of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein.
Why are they even allowed to live in this county? Our governments fault for opening the flood gates not to mention we financed them!
Also, state security officials said security will be increased at major bridges and tunnels. The officials said they would be calling authorities in the private sector and asking them to heighten security at key pieces of infrastructure such as nuclear power plants, railroad lines, and ports.
Should'nt these places ALWAYS be on their toes?
Lets face it, America is not the safest place to live anymore and we need to think about WHY!

Funky, tell me how sending men in space gave us all that?? For one thing micro-waves were invented before men EVER went into space. Name just ONE of those things that would have never been invented if men had never gone into space.
These expermints can and have been done without putting humans in a tin can and shooting them into space.

Terroisim is not that far fetched. Clinton cut the space budget and contracted out to private enterprises which included other countries that don't have our best intrest. It also includes the cheapest labor possible and illegal aliens. Most of these missions are not needed . Its just Men and their egos.

Watch your language boy/girl
by JH inwhen we were in the org, we had to watch our language, and speak correctly and never swear.
people knew we were jw's just by the way we dressed, but also by the way we talked.
do you still talk in the same polite way as before?edited by - jh on 4 february 2003 19:29:28.

That was the one of the good things we were taught. I think people that swear all the time are stupid and lack imagination. People who swear because they think it's "cool" are the the biggest morons.

Believe it or not Larc, I have a life outside of this forum, unlike some of you, I wasn't posting at the time. I told my family these exact words as the ship was taking off."I have a really bad feeling about this,i don't think they will make it back, Mark my words." Yeah they laughed too..now there not!
it is not a lot of money, especially considering the gains in knowledge and new technology that is
Tell that to the starving and homeless here in the U.S. That "drop in the bucket" money would feed and house thousands, but thats not important, right??
