Do you know who edited these books? I just finished reading "How we found out about ATOMS."
Overall, it was a nice review of the history of atomic theory. But I was really surprised he didn't even mention Dmitri Mendeleev, the Russian chemist that worked out the Periodic table. Also notably missing was the work of J. J. Thomson and his discovery of the electron and Ernest Rutherford's Gold Foil Experiment. He really glossed over the late 1800s - early 1900's.
Also, there were a lot of typographical errors.
It's be nice if there was a cleaner, typo-free copy for educational purposes.
