This Overlapping Generation teaching is really complete nonsense.

I year or so ago, I trying to wrap my head around the latest "update" to it in that week's WT Study article; not to try and understand it--because, hey, it's nonsense--but to make clear to any lurkers how silly and implausible it all is. - Watchtower, January 15, 2014, p. 30-31, paragraphs 14 - 16.

Here's my take on it then and now (see also my chart posted above):

So, apparently, there are now three groups of "anointed" ones:

Those anointed before 1914
Those anointed after 1914, but before the death of the last of those in group #1.
Those anointed after the death of the last person in group #1. (See point #2 above)

Although not mentioned in the January 2014 article, the key person in this concept is Frederick William Franz. Born in 1893, Franz was baptized in 1913 or 1914, making him part of the first group. He is also presumably the last person of the first group to die. Franz died on December 22, 1992.

According to the January 2014 WT, the first two groups comprise the "this generation" that Jesus mentioned at Matthew 24:34, albeit in an "overlapping" manner. The third group is explicitly NOT part of "this generation."

Thus, not every anointed person today is included in “this generation” of whom Jesus spoke. - w2014, 1/15, p. 32, para. 16

Careful readers of this month's talk by Splane and previous study articles will note that there is no scriptural references or evidence of any kind to support this new twist on the "Overlapping Generation" idea. It is all just unfounded assertion.

But hey, who needs evidence when you're the leaders of a cult.

It is more than likely that Mark Sanderson did not begin partaking until AFTER Fred Franz died. This means that he is categorically NOT a member of the "second part" of the "overlapping generation." This is, I believe, the reason why the WT writers came up with the third group of "anointed ones" a little more than a year ago.

i went through the original footage to get a good look at the watch.. from these pictures we can probably say that it is a apple watch and that it has a golden color.

the color on the pin is black, and the band is white, grey, silvery or beige.. .

the pin is in the exact place for it to be a apple watch.. only apple watch edition have the gold color.

For example:

As a parent, you would rather see your child grow up kind than smart

I would rather my children are kind than unkind. Intelligence is a completely different trait. Your question implies that smart people are necessarily unkind. There is no correlation.

Your dreams tend to be vivid and focus on a fictional world.

My dreams are vivid AND focused on creating a new reality based upon hard work making possibilities come true.

You would rather improvise than spend time coming up with a detailed plan.

I can improvise and am comfortable doing it, but I like have a plan too.

Today's meeting & WT 7/2015 study "Work to enhance the spiritual paradise"

so, much against my inclination, i went to the meeting this sunday morning.

just starting to fade, but i needed to do it so that it doesn't look like my hubby turned my head during last week's vacations.

since i'm not just disappearing cold turkey, i went.

Do you find it hard to be around active JW's now?

i do - actually, it's become close to unbearable.. and herein lies the paradox: i tried to fade in the illusion that i might keep contact with family and friends still "in".

was it worth it?

because not only most of them shun me anyways, but i find it almost unbearable to be around them, especially when the cult chit chat kicks in: every cute animal video clip triggers endless comments about glimpses of the future paradise and how "god did it"; those greasy praises to the organization and the governing body; the dumb awe about every jw broadcast and those cheesy music videos; the endless drivel against other religions when one knows perfectly well that we're no better than them; the endless flow of "experiences" of field service or spectacular conversions into "the truth"; the relentless congregation gossip; and so on .... i ask myself: is this why i am fading for ...?

We try to be cool to maintain a relationship with our "still-in" relatives and friends, but the reality is: they can hardly talk about anything that is not JW/WT/GB related.

I've lived in the same place for 5 years. Only once in all that time did JWs ever knock. That was about 4 years ago.
