  This is not entirely true. Under well established "Fair Use" guidelines in US copyright law, one does not ordinarily need permission to quote as long as their quote is properly quoted and cited (Kendall-Tackett, Ph.D.) International copyright laws are similar in the application of this legal principal.

  OK, here she is and she's not even hidden!

  For those that don't know, the picture of the young woman on page 93 of the Live Forever book is a German actress turned poet named Pascale Petit.

  The picture is clearly plagiarized from Stern magazine, 13th August, 1961 edition.

  I suppose the Watchtower publishers never imagined anyone would notice. Stupid!

  Not exactly subliminal, I know, but it does show that the WT writers/artists are not exactly the most honest and trustworthy sort. There are many examples of this kind of thing in WT literature.

  Agreed. But you are confusing apples and orangutans.

  Pareidolia is the human tendency to see patterns and "images" in truly random objects. It is part of the way our brain works.

  A subliminal message, on the other hand, would be one that is intentionally placed there by the creator of the art or photo or whatever it is. By definition, it is purposeful. The phenomenon of pareidolia is not.

  It is important to separate in your own mind what you think and what you know. Unless you can track down the person that actually created the artwork in the OP and get them to admit that they deliberately placed a goat's head on Adam's butt your assertions are mere conjecture.

  Apognophos: When you look objectively at this situation and realize that none of you are seeing the same image, but you all are seeing nefarious things, you have an opportunity to step outside yourselves and learn something about the way the mind works. You've already been given the link to the Pareidolia article to learn about this trick that the brain plays on us.

  So what's the subliminal message? God is watching, but doing nothing to alieviate their pain and suffering.

  Why not? Because Eve listened to a talking snake that just happened to be telling her the truth. She shared it with Adam and then they had a snack. Bad move guys. It sucks to be made by Jehovah.
