This is just ridiculous. How long can people keep falling for this crap.
At some point, you have to accept that the people that go along with it are as culpable as the guys running the con.
i don't typically hear from my mom often, but i tell you, over the past couple of weeks, i have heard from her several times.
you heard the comment about "our way of worship will be altered" and thank you for your posts by the way....but yesterday, she calls and is asking about the kids and then, in typical jw fashion mind you, says:.
"you know, you should really get back to meetings.

i'm sure someone somewhere has asked this question, but along with the contempt written on morris face i've also noticed the club ring.

campaign of hate said this on another thread:.
they are quite clearly trying to copy the business model of apple.
it reminds me of the 2013 agm when they had an apple style technology section, focusing on the new jw apps.

hi guys & gals,.
have you really ever thought about the term "unconditional love"?.
it's one of those terms that we as witnesses get to hear banded about quite a bit, but have you ever truly sat (or stood) and thought about what it implies?.
JWs make a lot of noise about having unconditional love. Their acceptance is all conditional. It's contingent upon going along with their delusional beliefs (or at least pretending to) without ever criticizing the organization and its leaders, never questioning doctrines and practices and never pointing out flaws.
If it's conditional, it ain't love!
i recently had a discussion with a witness in which we were talking about the catholic church.
i led them out with talk about the fraud and child abuse scandals and everyone was agreeing and making comments about how terrible it is and how obviously wrong they are.
after about 30 minutes of solid rapport building in this manner, even incorporating scriptures regarding some doctrinal errors in their doctrine (catholic), i said this:.
