an 18 year old supposed to be a young adult.. there are certain things an 18 year old supposed to do.. there are certain ways an 18 year old should behave.. there are certain things an 18 year is still not old enough to do.. what is your opinion?.

how do you feel concerning 18 year old males and females.. concerning an 18 year old female..... should she sleep until 12 or 11 in the morning?.

responsibility to cook, clean ----help out around the house?.

When I was 18, I didn’t know how to drive, have a car, was not allowed to have a job because it would make me to independent. I was only allowed out, to go out in service, with older woman (men have jobs, and by older I mean in there 60’s) I was not allowed to work with people my age because it would make me have thoughts of independents. As a result I am years behind others emotionally. That probably was not the best thing for me… After I got away from my parents when I was 21, I suddenly found myself in a big world, and totally clueless, and promptly found myself making all the mistakes I should have already made

18 isn’t quite a child any more, and not quite an adult. 18 is when you should be learning real responsibility (IMO) a 18 year old person need some freedom, they should be allowed to sleep in till 12, but there should be something they lose, so that they know that sleeping in until 12 is a bad thing. Unless they got home from work at 8am, having worked all night long..

18 isn’t old enough to not have rules, but if an 18year old wasn’t less rules,, then they need to pay rent…. Not 25 bucks a month.. but real rent.. like 25% of there income, before tax… it sucks, but its real life.

Is it crazy at the gas pumps in your State?

me and the kids went to rent movies and noticed that there were long lines of people waiting for gas.

we live in shreveport/bossier louisiana about five hours north of new orleans.

we do have tons of evacuees here and so i understand it is going to be busier here than usual.. people were breaking lines to get gas tonite, and you could feel the tension in the air.

$3.24 today for supreme that was a shell station in Los Angles, 3.06 for regular, luckly my truck has a 6 liter engine that will ping if I don’t use supreme... nice..

National average..

i was thinking it is impossible to keep with the national average.. if everyone put in a minimum of 15 hrs a month you still would not be putting in the national average, because it would just be higher.. and any one who puts in more then 15 hrs just brings up the medium hours.. i dont know if they compute pioneer houres into the national average.. but if they do i wouldnt be surprised..

Peacefllpeat, Narkissos, I could not disagree more.. it is true the 2 cor 2 did not mentions sexual sin, but if you are truly forgiving someone, do you need to mention there sin.. and keep bringing it up? The ideal that this applies to the account at 1 cor 5 is much more reasonable, then saying that it applies to a lost account in the bible, because it doesn?t fit into my beliefs. .

I think paul did recommend someone to be removed from the congregation.. there is no evidence what so ever that this man was to be put to death.. no where did it say that.. yes he was to be handed over to stain, I think that is to say he was cast out from gods people.. not that he must die..

And I think that paul realized , after the man repented, that to keep punishing his was more then a little wrong.. so he forgave the man, as an example.

they must have billions...annual revenue alone was almost a billion last year.

they must have close to 10 billion in assets and a large chunk of that is cash.

if the world is going to end any day that cash is useless.

They now claim that jesus is ruling the earth invisibly but will eventually take control of all power involving the affairs of planet earth .

That was the smartest thing they ever did.. Your customers want to know that your are offering them the only true religion.. By claming that Jesus returned invisibly, and then offering that up as proof that you are chosen by god, and the end time is near is nothing short of brilliant .. While it can not be proven, it can never be DISPROVEN..

other religions may have alot of cash but this one claims the world is going to end any day.

Happy Guy.. I couldn?t agree with you more.. If the world was going to end at any moment, then there would be no need to have money in the bank. But its not going to end. The society is just in the business of selling doomsday scenarios. There is a lot of money to be made catering to all the people who want to think that they are intellectual elitist?s, and ethically superior to all others because that have the inside scoop on god.

The society is not the only person to play for the hard cash of these people. Edgar Whisenant book 88 Reasons why the Rapture will be in 1988 sold millions, as well as did Hal Lindsey?s, Late Great Planet Earth. If the world was going to truly end as outlined by both of these books, the authors would got have only made the information available for free, there would have been no reason to write, and sell revisions, and sequels to these books.
