  Adjustments--- the Watchtower and Awake are full of subliminals, no doubt. There are phallic symbols thats been proven. Thanks for your research. If you find anything like what I just mentioned, I'd like to know.

  What is the main "idea" of the bible?

  as jws we were often told what the theme of the bible is, we were taught that it was the promised seed.. i was recently asked the question.... what is the main "idea" of the bible?.

  for me the whole purpose of the bible is about control.

  it features a god that punishes and rewards.

  fiddler-----don't insult Hitler. This "Jehovah", of the Bible, (if that is his real name), is more akin to what a vicious Devil would do----then tell everybody he is so marvelous and good and kind and patient and loving. One just has to read the first few book of the Old Testament with a critical eye. What kind of God kills suckling babies!! Alright-has them killed.

  Lame-- I think the one-world government was the goal for thousands of years, and is really vamping up now. They pretty much have us where they want us, and, when we "came in the truth", remember how we were all taught about the New World Order? They kept us hooked by telling us we would survive and everyone else would be destroyed. Well, of course, that's a lie. We are not included in that world government to live on a Paradise Earth in peace and happiness, rather, slaves. That's why they don't want anyone of us educated, and by the way, were we not told over and over that we were good-for-nothing slaves?

  Mynameislame-- I know you weren't asking me, but I think the bible was written by man. And it was written to confuse us and guide us to the one-world government.

  Same sex marriage legalised in the UK at midnight tonight!!!

  title pretty much explains it all.

  lots of people are getting married at midnight tonight.. what do you guys think?

  maybe if anyone gets called on by a jw this weekend you can ask them what they think about it.. im just glad because it shows that religion doesn't define our conscience, that basic human decency can prevail over time and hopefully, these types of gradual but big changes will be present in the wts too in the future .

  Oh, yes, I know. Children grow up to be pagans so we have to kill them all. And the animals that were killed? What the hell did they do?
