Back to the OP. I still believe in God and now I actually believe in churches too. I wasn't following man on purpose, it was just the way the JW religion is structured.

The other religions of the world have been helping people for ages. But the difference with other religions is that they just don't help their own, they actually help others too.
But the JW's just do it for their own, at least about 98% of the time. For the churches, it's 50/50.

Attitude in Kingdom Hall vs. in church
by Yesu Kristo Bwana Wangu inso, today i went to a different church than the jw's for the first time in over three years.. it is a protestant african church.
my first thoughts: for people who are 'trapped in babylon the great (according to watchtower) these people really seem genuingly happy and sincere in their adoration for god.
what a freedom compared to the witnesses!

I went to a mega church a couple of times. And then I went to a simple small church on the other side of the city I live in once. In both cases it seemed to me that the people there, and the preacher too, didn't have an ax to grind. Unlike the JW's we see today. They always have an ax to grind about "Babylon the Great."
But the churches, no, they don't. They just worship God and Jesus. They sing songs heartily and give praise to the most high. That's it. No slinging mud at other religions. Just praising Jesus as much as they can in an hour.

There is some pretty incredible people out there in the "world"
by LevelThePlayingField ini am a fan of a video came called simcity and other building games like cities skylines and the such also legend of grimrock.
anyway, as i watch others plays these games on youtube i have noticed that there are some pretty intelligent people out there.
how others can solve the puzzles way better than i can on legend of grimrock and how they can build cities in ways that i had not thought of at all.

Yes, that's true. I just never thought of it that way. And I hate them all for it.
Edit: That one part about forgiving the KH loans and then asking back "whatever you can donate" forever part literally makes me sick to my stomach.

I am a fan of a video came called SimCity and other building games like Cities Skylines and the such also Legend of Grimrock. Anyway, as I watch others plays these games on YouTube I have noticed that there are some pretty intelligent people out there. How others can solve the puzzles way better than I can on Legend of Grimrock and how they can build cities in ways that I had not thought of at all. Really awesome cities too.
Also, there narrative in the video is of a very high quality. These are all "worldly people", and yes they are all very intelligent. They are very creative and have ways that get millions of subscribers and views.
And then I get to the point of this all. We are told at the Kingdom Hall that a theocratic education is the best education. But I think down in my heart of hearts that people really aren't getting that education at all. They are just TOLD that they are and that it's the best, but that's it.
When you think of all the smart people of the world, how come NONE of them are Witnesses, anywhere? None, not one ever that I heard of, and you? Do you know of anyone who was a witness who invented something or contributed to humanity in a large way that was recognized? I haven't, not one. But we are all educated the best? No, I think not.
Just my thoughts...

TV commercial seen in the United States, from a Law firm "Asking if you were ever sexually abused by JEHOVAHS WITNESSES, please call".
by Dunedain inok, so i don't know if this is "old news", and if this has been seen, and or mentioned already.
if it was, i do apologize, but i feel i have to mention what has been seen on tv, within the past 24 hours.. first off, i would like to say that i did not personally see this commercial.
however, it was seen by someone that i can verify 100% is telling the truth, as it was my own father who saw it.
