Private meetings banned??
by franticfran ini have just spoken to a brother who is part of a group of single brothers and sisters who meet together once a week to discuss bible topics and he has been told by and elder that the organisation "banned" these private meetings years ago.
i told him i remember that article but he is adamant that the society would never do that (!
) now i am fairly sure i remember that article whether it was in a km or one of the mags i cant recall but i am sure i remember them saying we needed nothing more than the food that the slave class provided (another means to control us),does anyone have the details of that article because i have said i will find it and let him have it.

I know Steve Bell. He is a lifer that is working in the writing dept. For some reason I think that he is an assistant to the GB. I wouldn't be surprised if he is partaking. That guy loves himself and creates the garbage that destroys families. His only Brother was an MTS grad if I remember.

Lol. Prime is a funny guy. I was an Elder long enough to know without a doubt that the Society appoints the elders. Look at the Shepherd book and consider the questions the branch requires to be asked before the announcement? Also why does the appointing letter come on a form from the branch with the confirmation of appointment.

When I was a kid there was quite the heavyset sister who had a seat collapse under her during her TMS talk. It was hysterical. Another one...There was this study who made his girlfriend come to the meeting every Sunday. She would scream at him in the raspiest smokers voice. "I told you I didn't want to come here Jake" stop forcing your creepy religion on me".
there was one brother who ripped one all the way to the bathroom from the front to the restroom.

they were told " you finish this project by january 1 2017. we want the keys to the complex and will be headquartered there by that date, do you understand?".
when the brothers protested and said that it would take 6 years for the project to be complete and if they moved that fast there would be many mistakes, the gb responded, "we don't care, that is your deadline".

Don't you find it suspicious that we have been wrong about the slave for the last 100 years but are now being told by the same group of men who claim to be the slave that "sure we have been wrong in the past, but we are right now, and btw, surprise the slave is us!"

Why is the evil slave in the parable a hypothetical condition in a parable, but the faithful slave in the same scripture also a prophecy about literal group of men?
