  I bet the society drops the appeal before cameras catch the hearing. It's too damaging to have avg witnesses hear the case. They will have to make a value judgement, based on odds of the appeal being successful, the potential drop in donations by witnesses after the news piece. This is all at a time when they are trying to bleed the flock dry for some more real estate investments.

  Basically they are faced with accept the judgment and move on, or fight a losing battle in actual court and the court of public opinion under the camera lights.

  i've heard it mentioned a few times.. the rotating earth graphic in the background on jwtv rotates backwards.. i've mentioned it to the active and they are not concerned at all.. my response is, "it's something they are portraying that cannot be more wrong".. .

  two gb members have stood in front of it telling us to trust them.

  BTTT / Marked topics

  i've noticed a lot of topics being bumped recently with "bttt" (back to the top) comments or "marked" as the reply.. i'd appreciate if people think twice before doing this.

  simply forcing topics back to the top even though there is nothing to say on them is not helpful and negates the usefulness of having an active topics view.

  if everyone did this with every topic they want to push then things would quickly deteriorate so i don't believe some should be allowed to do it for whatever reason.. by all means post new and relevent comments to a topic but short esp single-word non-comments that are simply used to push certain topics back to the top are likely to be interpreted as spam and removed or blocked if necessary.. .
