  i need your help with this topic.

  i’m trying to find an elder’s letter or wt article that frown upon a good standing jw allowing an unmarried couple to stay over their house for the night.. my wife claims this is a conscience matter and i say that’s bs, this leadership does not allow it.

  the worst part of my experience of getting rid of the shackles of wt is not the shunning.

  i can live with that.

  if people don't want to talk to me, there are many more who do!

  Agreed. The main concern is the wellbeing of your immediate family and yourself. Continue to enable a calm family environment as you can reasonably.

  Laughably, the Saturday program of this 2022 convention focuses on maintaining peaceful relationships. So, whenever possible, avoid doing anything that might be perceived as hostile, because JWs have long memories and will exploit such as a pretext justification to alienate you.

  Give JWs no cause for alarm other than your quiet fade into inactive status, which will usually shift them into love-bombing mode as they attempt to reactivate you. And that is exactly where you want to keep them... in their love-bombing mode, as phony as they may be.

  As long as you can remain calm, collected and more the loving, all onus stays on them, particularly anyone doing pre-shunning or other forms of marginalising.

  As challenging as it is reversing this JW spell stuff, with time, much of it can work to your advantage.

  Just continue being the calmer, increasingly more fun and loving person, especially in the area of family life. Explore spending some extra money on fun with your family, and things of meaning to them.

  Also, if you feel it, maybe let them see you cry a bit as you express your love & loyalty to your immediate family during the conversations that will inevitably arise with your loved ones.

  Let the ordeal slowly transform you into an even better person.

  If an unmarried couple spend the night together under improper circumstances, would that constitute a sin meriting judicial action?

  Yes, if there are no extenuating circumstances, a judicial committee would be formed on the basis of strong circumstantial evidence of sexual immorality.​—1 Cor. 6:18.

  The body of elders carefully evaluates each situation to determine whether a judicial committee is warranted. For example: Have the couple been pursuing a romantic relationship? Have they been previously counseled regarding their conduct with each other? What circumstances led to their spending the night together? Did they plan ahead to do so? Did they have a choice in the matter, or were there extenuating circumstances, perhaps an unforeseen occurrence or genuine emergency that left them with no choice but to spend the night together? (Eccl. 9:11) What were the sleeping arrangements? Since each situation is different, there may be other relevant factors that the elders will consider.

  After the facts are established, the body of elders will determine whether the couple’s conduct warrants judicial action.

  Becoming an eyeservice JW or inactive JW can bring considerable relief and also allow more time for family and self.

  Continue showing great love to your immediate family as you certainly desire to do from your heart.

  And, please, do not become another Michael Wayne Moore of Tullahoma Alabama USA.

  If negative emotions become overwhelming, there is no shame in voluntarily checking into a professional therapeutic clinic for help and hiatus.

  The rough spots of breaking free from JW captivity are a normal phase of the freedom process which lightens over time.

  Another helpful course can be making a point to do more recreational things that your spouse and children really enjoy... if they get more of what they enjoy by your going POMO, it can lean toward a more positive experience for the family.

  If an unmarries couple spent a night together "under improper circumstances" then JW elders would investigate and possibly form a tribunal for judicial discipline.

  Alone together overnight in the same bed, same room, same car, same tent would be "improper circumstances" according to WT.

  If you knowing allowed an unmarried/engaged couple (JW or not) to overnight in your home alone together in the same bed or in same room, even if you or other people are also present overnight elsewhere in the home, I have known that scenerio to draw investigative attention from JW elders... but only if it becomes known.

  This is exactly why WT deliberately plays on fear... WT wants JW minds in a constant state of suspended urgency...

  They really exploited fear with their "GB Updates" about covid/vax.

  But they've been fear-baiting since the first issue of the WT 1879.

  Fear Armageddon

  Fear God's Disapproval

  Fear Disfellowshipping

  Fear Loss of Privileges

  Fear Covid

  Fear being Unvax

  Fear Summer weather

  List goes on and on...

  Control by fear... it's part of the FOGS manipulation strategies, and it is effective.

  The bible is filled with it, which makes its easy for high-control groups to point at the words of Jesus or other verses as authoritative proof we should urgently stay on the watch, ever alert for “strange and terrifying things.” 2000 years of it.

  WT leadership have presumptuously attempted to codify divine judgment of all humanity, alive & dead... they have therefore positioned themselves in the judgment role designated strictly for the Christ of scripture.

  Sanderson’s “Young People” convention talk

  so did anyone else have the misfortune of listening to sanderson’s talk corresponding to the saturday morning convention program?.

  full title is “young people - choose a path that leads to peace!”.

  the basic idea is, hey you teenagers, you ought to be pioneers, wt construction workers, and/or bethelites.. i tried to put myself back in time an embarrassing number of decades…if i were in this talk’s target audience, how would i respond?.

  Was that the same convention lecture to JW youth, where Mark Uriah Heep Sanderson revealed that the experience he just earlier related about a brilliant young man of a mere 18 years that righteously declined a university scholarship in order to become an ambitious 19 year old full-time partaker was none other than he himself... ?

  when a bank fails, it is legal for that lending institution to perform a "bail-in" (rather than a bailout) for itself.. .

  the first sign or signal to the depositor is a red flag moment easy to recognize.

  the atm is "out of cash"..
