  What Do You Do To Stay Healthy?

  i recently went for a check-up and i was told everything was better than "normal".

  i exercise for a couple of hours a day about 4 or 5 days per week, especially in the summertime...so far so good.

  what about you?

  ROFLMAO MIn all kinds of them all kinds

  I eat more fruits and veggies than anything....I can't drink milk and have to limit yogurt which I like my fav thing now (this will change as all things do) is Lemon yogurt, blueberries and granola YUMMY....
