Mr and Mrs Curious Mind. Both raised as JW's, but finally kicked the habit about 10 years ago. All our family members remain within the organisation, with the exception of our fathers. We are both currently actively pursuing our dreams, oh how our youth was wasted! Since getting out we have discovered that the world is not an evil and demonic place and surprisingly the friends outside the organisation are capable on unconditional love and acceptance. We have both shyed any form of religion and probably will for the rest of our lives. We are in our mid - late thirites with one child and shockingly still married after "falling away", ofcourse we followed the JW tradition by marrying very early, teenagers really - a direct result of no sex before marriage! We are still trying to expand our circle of friends, make new lives and ensure that the JW's do not get their hooks into our child.
