  The congregation secretary should arrange for this letter to be retained in the congregation permanent file of policy letters. He may also wish to update the congregation copy of the Index to Letters—For Bodies of Elders (S-22) at this time as well.
  We kindly invite you to print a copy of this letter and bring it along with you to the next Kingdom Ministry School.

  Please implement the following adjustments in the foreign versions of this letter:

  • Paragraph No. 3. Please adjust the first sentence according to the Italian version.
  • Paragraph No. 4. Please delete the sentence: “Most states have child-abuse reporting laws that, depending on the facts, mandate elders to report an accusation to the authorities”.
