  what is the current thinking of the watchtower society concernng higher education these days?

  in 1977 i entered college from a full pioneer status and was duly criticized from the local elders.

  back at that time, higher education was actively discouraged.

  last year's peak was 110,814. this year's peak is 110,192. .

  Reg. Pioneers and Aux. Pioneers =19,000 Pioneers? But last years average was some 11,000.

  If I were to explain how other religions are more harmful than JWs, I would never finish writing about it. If you want to know how dangerous the Roman Catholic Church or Islam can be, grab a book. Neither of these two don't even respect themselves.

  There are many, many, more and 'dangerous cults' than that of JW's. Muslims and Roman Catholics to start.

  a reseacher from ohio state university is showing that american jews develop substantially more wealth than christians, including jws, based upon education and early investments...... .

  I really question this.

  Another study indicated that JW's median income is SLIGHTLY and unsignificantly less than the rest of the U.S. puplulation. Because JW's take time for spiritual matters instead of accepting to work more = less money (elders, pioneers and others.) The study also mentions that JW's are as likely to own a house and MUCH MORE LIKELY TO FINISH HIGH SCHOOL.
