he was drunk, yelling and threatening to break into our house and physically harm me because i had his sorry ass thrown out for punching my stomach and destroyed our property while drunk on that day on july 8th.. she hit the flasher button (strobe light attached to a remote thingy that is activated by a remote button) and woke me up.
i go to her room and find her crying.

Let me get this straight, your wife is in tears from a phone call about 40 minutes ago, yet you left her alone long enough to post this and now apologize for going back to her. WTF Dude?!?!?
Get your priorities straight! Why the hell would you leave her alone if this just happened simply to post to a bunch of anonymous people.

Simple solution that would be easily found with a little research on your part ... <sigh>
You've stated you have called the police. Good
You stated that youhave changed the locks. Good
If you are still afraid, install a motion detector by inside of the front door and/or other doors. Have it plug into a light in your room that will turn on if the motion detector is triggered. Very inexpensive solution.

I am so sick of hearing how women can't be the aggressor. If the transcripts ever become public of the Bernardo/Holmoka hearings (Ontario incident - Kristen French/Leslie Mahaffy murders), you will be repulsed at the sheer evilness of Karla Holmoka. She helped drug, rape and kill her own kid sister.
She helped cut up two dead bodies after they had jointly brutally raped two other teenage girls.
She played the innocent victim, and is now out of prison, changed her name and is living well in another part of the Country. Her husband, the weaker of the two but male and therefore "more evil" is still in prison.
It is time courts acknowledge that both genders are equally capable of despictable acts and should treat offenders the same way.

Irony just came to my door
by twinkle toes ini was just downloading the 1969 awake article that proclaims the end is giong to be in a few years and youth should expect to not grow old.
as i was reading it i was reflecting on all the people who are around my age (mid 30's) who were not even born when this article came out.. then my dog started barking.
i looked out the window and seen a mini van group full of 30 something jdubs preparing to call on me.

Typically How Much $$$ Do You Spend Going Out To Eat Each Week?

i pobably spend a couple of hundred a week with food an d drink.

I know I spend far too much money eating out. But it is just me and while I do enjoy cooking, I don't find it all that rewarding to just cook for me.
So I eat out at least 4 dinners per week averaging $40-50 including the bar tab. So that is about $200/week.
With my crazy schedule (I travel a lot for work) I get so pissed off throwing out produce that goes bad before I can use it. Even getting a bunch of bananas. If I go away for three days ultimately a couple of bananas will be over ripe. A guy can only make so much banana bread...
So I eat out. Food quality is important so I scope out several places, find out what they are good at and thus get a range of options. Since moving into my house I am BBQing a lot more so that provides fewer reasons for eating out but really should cut back... not to mention the coffee and breakfast sandwich each morning (another $30 per week).
