The physical act of placing something in a "Jokes" forum does not make it automatically become funny.
<Wondering where peoples, sense of humor has gone>
<Wondering where people's sense of decency or respect for sensitivities of others has gone>
Despite your placement of the picture in a joke area, it could still easily be considered "flame baiting" or even "trolling" in view the emotionally charged nature of war related threads at this site.
So you think peeing on a soldier is funny? Speaks volumes about you man.
Peeing on a pile of guns might have gotten a half decent response from many, peeing on the soldier himself simply is not funny imo.

no one has come to my door yet.

i know that someone in my family called a couple of years ago and gave them my address.

they have dropped by a couple of times.

While it is true that Jesus commenced his return in 1914, and prepared the heavens to receive the 144,000 members of the bride class. This was only the beginning of his return and not the complete manaifestation of his return.
So, while he returned he has not yet completely returned. Just as someone who is driving a car. Once he turns around he is in the process of returning but could not be said to have completely returned until he has arrived at the orginal departure point. Therefore it is clear that Jesus has returned.
Uzzah - who really hopes people realize the above is just a typical Watchtower type response and not my personally held opinion.

If Flyers win the series, I will send Simon $20 US towards the running of the board.

Although there is a plethora of Pubs in my area, most don't have any decent pies or curries. My favourite local Pub does tho and I have taken to Steak mushroom and Guinness pie with mash and mushy peas moreso than steak & kidney.
I think I know what I am going to have for dinner tonight! :)

although there has been some comment in the international press about the government of canada's decision to not provide direct assistance, very little has been said about why they made this decision.

Two reasons that have been given:
To help get rid of a dictator, that has caused several thousands refugees to come into Canada seeking protection. If we take in the refugees and can assist in curing the problem that caused them to flee, we should.
To support our closest ally and neighbour
Of course there are reasons why people are glad with the decision too.

The United States and Canada have one of the closest bonds of any two countries and also up till recently the longest undefended border in the world. The US is Canada's largest trading partner and the US would be looked to in times of military threat to Canada
