  i know there are bad feelings running here but it has to stop now.this forum and all on it are hurt in some way.i come here for information and a smile when things get bad.if it was not for this place i would not know all the lies of the wt or what they are pulling next.i finally feel i am not alone in dealing with a loved one in this cult and emotionly i am getting stronger thanks to you all.everyone here is needed, you all provide information ,either emotionily or about the org.

  that may help someone.we are not the org.we are of group of healing and we need each other to stick together .i can see the trolls just loving this and instead of helping them get out of the org.

  this will show them we are no better.please make this the loving place all want to join.we are all some of us have.today is a new day,let's start over.please!

  My stupid neighbors!

  my next door neighbor ed is a very nice man.

  he and his wife have lived in their house for 37 years.

  they are avid gardeners and the landscaping around their house is gorgeous.. however, my neighbor 2 doors down (on the other side of ed) is another story.

  the situation with sars in asia appears to be worsening and travel restrictions alone are likely to have a devastating effect on the immediate asian economy (singapore, taiwan, hong kong etc...) as a lot of these rely on trade and travel.. i wonder if the world could now cope with going back 20+ years to a time when fewer people travelled and international travel was a rarity for the majority of people.. nowadays we take for granted that we can jump on a plane and jet off to faraway lands ... but what if we couldn't?

  i think one "benefit" (bad word) to sars is that it could put a brake on globalisation which i see as a bad thing.

  My newest gig........

  whenever i run into jw's that were my friends in the past....who of course snub me now....it still tears at my heart and self-esteem.

  i know that it shouldn't - and i know logically that i'm on the right path now - but it's like a victim of abuse who has broken free from their abuser..they still flinch.. well - a while back i decided that i needed a "new me" - so i've been making a lot of positive changes.

  i have been working out regularly (weights & running), i'm back into a size 8 dress, and since i'm 5'7" that's not bad - i got a new hairdo, been tanning - the works.
