I always liked Mel Gibson movies, but he was never a standout for me. Now that he has gone all religious with the anti Jew thing, I actually have more respect for him. Nobody in Hollywood wanted to make his passion of the christ movie, he went it alone, funded it and made a killing. Hollywood is run by the Jews, and Gibson is one of the few that has stood up to their propaganda. The Jews are a condemed race for killing the messiah, Mel Gibson knows it, and nothing the Jews will ever do will ever change history.

Peaches, If you are just starting a workout program, I would recommend researching your workouts. There are a lot of good books and magazines on the subject.
Dont go too hard on the weights to start. Keep the weight low, watch your form (dont swing or bounce the weights). I would recommend about 20 reps for each exercise. The last few reps should be difficult. If they are too easy increase the weight. Make sure you warm up and stretch before starting your weight routine, and stretch after your routine. This will help reduce the risk of pulling a muscle and should help in your recovery time.

I can't get to grips with being shunned
by chuckyy inmy wife and i have been disassociated for about 2 months now.
every day in our small town we are being shunned by former friends.
one in particular annoyed me today.

Chuckyy,
How you deal with your fealings of anger, is to treat these people like you would a mentally disabled person. They have a disablilty, don't take it personal. Would you get upset at someone who had schizophrenia, and treated you abnormally? No, you would understand that they need help, medication, etc, and some could never be cured.
I would recommend that you read some books about leaving mind control groups, such as Combating Cult Mind Control by Steve Hassan. It may help you to understand the mental disablilites that these people have, and help you cope with their actions. I used to also get very upset with being shunned, but now I just feel sorry for these mentally challanged individuals.

If You Found A Wallet----Would You Turn It In??
by minimus inwould you have to think about it??
?
-

I found a wallet when once and returned it to its owner. About 5 years later I lost my wallet while walking down one of the busiest streets in the city. The wallet fell out of my jacket, and a man saw it fall out, and ran back about a block to give it to me. My theory, what comes around goes around! Its not the money in a wallet that is usually the big loss, its all of the info and cards, they can take months to replace and can be a big headache. Plus with identity theft, you always worry about who has the wallet? Do the right thing and return it!

I have a hard time blaming the Watchtower
by spiritwalker in" if the watchtower said it, and the men on the platform preached it, then it must have been true.
so it was very hard to accept as an adult, that they were wrong.
i blame myself.

It's funny, AlanF has you guys (Spirit Walker and Phantom Stranger) totally cornered, and all you can do is roll on your backs and pee all over yourself.
Why don't you answer his questions?
You know why, because you would have to admit you are wrong!
Sad really?

Hi Hoodwinked,
Just be glad you were only "in" or baptized for a year, and figured it out. Some of us were born into it and had no way to get out. I wish you the best of luck in your exodus.
