You have things a bit backwards, I believe. YOU are the accuser. For years we've presented well-known facts that we obtained from newspapers and other media and that, in some cases, can be found in encyclopedias. You have challenged those facts. You have said they are not true. Our suggestion to you is to BACK UP YOUR CLAIMS. We know from our own experiences with the Watchtower Society and from other sources that your claims are totally without any foundation. Yet you insist upon them, without showing from any reliable source that the facts we've presented are false. YOU were the one who raised the challenge, and therefore you are the one responsible to back up your challenge from a reliable source.
You also have it backwards as to who is doing the twisting of facts. I never said there are "millions" who have died due to bad policies of the Watchtower Society, but you have insinuated that I have. Note your question:
You take a handful of sensational cases and turn it into 1000s. Or is it millions as in your last post?
Your approach is basically dishonest and deceitful, something the devil would do but not a genuine Christian.
In my lifetime of reading three daily newspapers, I've read of maybe a couple dozen serious cases of one issue or another. That's about one per year, including some I probably forgot about. And I failed to find the post where you insist that you proved 1000s.
Do your newspapers give you the local news from Singapore, from Japan, from the Philippines, from Sweden, from Lithuania, etc.? It betrays ignorance to suggest that merely three newspapers give you a complete picture of every happening in the entire world, including deaths that occur in hospitals, deaths that get minimal if any coverage in the media.
And I find it telling that you are coming round to admitting that your information is inside information and not available.
Are you saying that persons who have spent most of their lives at Bethel headquarters have no idea what the organization is about? Are you suggesting that you are more familiar than they are with what actually goes on behind the scenes? I left the organization partly because of the disgusting things I observed in Brooklyn and at the Canadian branch office. If you love what is right, you would have done the same. The fact that you remain with the organization is evidence enough that you DON'T know what goes on behind the scenes, that is, if you have any decency in you.
When you can finally divulge your source and prove it, I will be your biggest supporter.
You know in your heart of hearts that your promise is a hypocritical and blatant lie. The Society itself has published, for example, the numbers of JWs in Malawi and nearby countries who have died in their devotion to the Society's teachings. The truth is out there -- almost everywhere -- for all to see. But persons such as you who are in spiritual bondage to the Watchtower Society are like those described by Jesus -- persons who have eyes but cannot see and ears but cannot hear.
Accusations as serious as you made demand proof that would hold up in court.
Then why doesn't the Society sue those of us who remind the world by printed page, the internet and other means what the facts really are? They don't sue because they haven't got a case, knowing as they do that what we remind people of is the gospel truth.
