it amazes me how people are so keen to dismiss and ridicule people who have these experiences just because they dont, or dont want to believe that other intelligence interacts with our dimension.

Just saw a 'Ghost' or something....
by Crazy151drinker inok the weirdest thing just happened to my coworker and i. we went to go pickup our breakfast from accross the street.
when we got back to our building we walked over to the elevators and as we turned the corner we saw someone get into the elevator before it closed.
we didnt see the person exactly but we saw their leg or whatever passthrough before the door closed.

My Ghost Experience This Morning
by rem ini had a terrifying experience this morning and i'm writing about it as a lesson on how we perceive things.
this type of thing has happened to me several times in my life, but since it just happened again this morning, and ghosts seem to be a topic of interest on this board, i thought i'd share it.. i was staying at a friend's house while she was away.
this place is an old apartment complex built in the 1920's in san francisco.

i've experienced something similar a few weeks ago. i was dreaming one night, and was lying on my side, when i felt a presence at the back of me. this brought me out of the sleep, but i couldnt move. in fact i couldnt even open my eyes. it took huge effort and will power to move my arm a few inches, but once i did move it i could then move normally. i never felt the presence behind me after that, so i just went back to sleep.
your mind can play tricks like this, but sometimes people experience things that are all too real.

District Assembly Instructions
by RubaDub inam i too thin-skinned or does anyone find that annual km insert dealing with the district assembly offensive???.
i mean, having to read and comment on those same things every year about not cooking in your hotel room, not to steal food if breakfast is offered, not to poop in the sinks, or whatever they say.
if you have to give those "reminders," it makes you wonder about the people you are sitting next to during the sessions.. *****rub a dub

i didnt realise that taking food that you had already paid for in the hotel was actually stealing?
"why not make a good impression by witnessing to people in the hotel?" was one comment from a meeting i attended once. can u imagine being harrassed all weekend in a hotel by all these JWs? you may have gone there for a quiet relaxing break, and then you get hassled by all these religionists. i cant think of anyone who has a good impression of JWs.

how do you think the average jw will react when watching the program?
will they think that it's all lies, or do you think they will believe a good part of it?

.....when opposers maneuver the media into spreading bad reports about God's servants or when they try to restrict true worship by 'scheming trouble by decree'...
if there's one conspiracy theory not to be believed it would be this, i mean at least real conspiracy theories have at least some circumstancial evidence.
