  i am also on the yahoo exitfundyism board and it is amazing how many times the posts mirror each other between here and there.

  i thot this might be relevant in light of current events, so i am copying the posts from this thread to share here.

  the answer makes a very good point that i think we can all appreciate and i never quite thought of in that way before.

  i hesitated to join because i thought that an x- fundy board would not have anything in common with an x jw.....i was soooo wrong!

  i have been out of the borg for 7 yrs now.

  sometimes i am overwhelmed with nostalgia for the things i have forgotten(i never thought it would leave me so quickly!

  FYI-definition of a Satanist by a Satanist

  in my opinion, there are three different kinds of "satanists" with many many shades and degrees in each category.

  however most pagans and all christians lump "satanists" in the same gravy.....a negative one.

  so for reference if anyone is interested, and of course this is only my opinion, not fact(as if fact was even an option...)---.
