Drugs?
by be wise ini think this is my first debatable topic.
for anyone who has experimented with recreational drugs or who knows about someone who has how do you think they can change you for the better as well as for the worse?
i know a few ways in which they really changed me, i was very shy and never felt compfortable around people until i had my first experience and felt totally unhibited around a room full of people (talking in retrospect) and i never forgot what that felt like - it opened my mind and i learned to become much more confident.

The Feminization of Boys..is it acceptable?
by Brummie innothing to do with jws but i thought it interesting anyway: .
the feminization of boysafter viewing 20/20's piece entitled, "a gender straitjacket", i have come to the conclusion that the mass leftist media needs a "sensitivity muzzle" when it comes to the feminization of the male gender.
a 15 minutes segment, filled with a quack named william pollack, telling me that 2 year old boys who paint their nails and play with barbie dolls is a normal thing, was more than my paunch could handle.

Blackout...Totally disagree with the nail painting, sex change, etc. These are taught to the child as are most things, but nail painting, who does he watch do that, dad?
My point with the nail painting is that the boy likes a bit of colour in his life. That is not going to change his sexuality.
Society does have perameters for he or she, if your son or daughter behaved different from thier established gender and were constantly ridiculed for it, is that healthy? A child does not have enough life experiences to make those kind of life altering decisions, and for the parent to let a child have that kind of free will could do more harm than good.
He saw my daughter getting nail polish, he wanted some too, so I let him. He wore it to school. The other boys teased him, he told them it was boys nail polish because it was blue. They said OK. They previously teased him because he wore winni the poo sneakers. He loved those sneakers. They told him they were girls sneakers because another girl at school had them too. I explained to him that they were for both genders, exactly like the school Hats, shirts, jumpers and track pants that ALL the kids wear. He explained this to the other boys, they said oh yeah OK. So where did these boys get their attitude about "girls things" and "boys things"? From their parents thats where. My boy has now had two instances where he had the strength to stand up to peer pressure and come out on top, a leader, and he is only in kindergarten. How do you think he will handle the pressure to take drugs later? Im preparing him to stand up for what he believes in, to be a leader and not collapse to peer pressure. To have self esteem, which means holding him- self in high esteem, not collapsing to anothers view of who or what he should be.
I didnt TEACH him to wear nail polish, he chose to, then his Dad saw his son do it and thought hey why not? So he had a go too. LOL

What a load of Crap!
There are no REAl men or REAL women. We are individuals who like to do what we like to do.
FOR INstance.... I mow the lawn and fix the fences, my husband cooks tea and does the dishes. Does that make me a dike and him a wuss???? I dont think so, unless you are a judgemental labeler (oops I just made up a new label )
He likes going shopping and picking out clothes for me, he likes fabrics. Is he gay? NO. Is he Bi? No. The things we enjoy, like colour, texture, perfume, beautifull music dont identify our sexuality. Get over it people. My little boy has painted his nails several times, heck my husband has painted his once or twice (he's an artist). Anyway, if my boy wants to play with dolls, paint his nails, wear dresses, get a sex change or have loving relationships with other men when he grows up, who am I to judge him. I let him be what he wants to be.
Why do we need to control our loved ones so much? What are we scared of losing? By being so controlling we very often lose that very thing we are scared to lose.
By the way, some of my best friends are gay. LOL

Of course they will hold the 'safe sex' part against him as that proves fore thought and not just a loss of control. Then they ask who bought the condoms, because that proves who is the instigator (and lets the elders daughter off the hook).
I went through all this as a teenager, poor guy, stick up for him Dad!
