  Medical profession says WT meeting good for you.

  in a recent 'awake' an article in 'watching the world' states that yawning is very good for you.

  As directed by the Holy Spirit, they offer the client a band-aid and a prayer and then bill the snot outta Medicare. If you're spiritually weak, they'll send a couple of sanctimonious company men to treat you at your home.

  If you are spiritually sick they'll quarantine you until you come to your senses.

  Hey, how come the WTBTS can practice medicine without a license and not me?? I wanna play doctor too.

  My Mind Isn't Working Properly

  i can see my mind is beginning to fade.

  i can't remember the names of movie actors, people i have worked with, the names of things like some parts of cars, as an example.

  sometimes i can't remember how to travel to a place i haven't been in several years.

  Had a nightmare the other night that Saddam stuffed a thermonuclear device down an oil well and blew a huge chunk of mother earth into the sky. Fires blazing a year later. Radiation too high to go in and put the fires out.

  World economic collapse because of radiation contaminated oilfields in adjoining countries. It was very scary.

  just found it, and i cant get enough...its good to see that you are not alone having these feelings.

  my mother is a jws and so is my younger sister.

  Welcome Gydja; As you can see, many of us lost our childhood to the org. 5 meetings a week, field service on Saturday morning, personal WT study Saturday afternoon, field service on Sunday morning, Public talk and WT study Sunday afternoon. Then Monday it was back to school again.

  No time to enjoy childhood or its adventures. Just slave for the WTBTS.

  Hi Shauna; Glad you could tell your story. When I was involved with the congregation the lack of brotherly love was so evident. I thought it was only the congregation that I attended! Since coming to this forum I've found that it is one of the most common complaints about the JWs. Thanks for telling of your experiences. You confirm that this loveless cult has spread far and wide.

  Do YOU answer the door now?

  when i left the org the elders would come by at the most inopportune time at least every day sometimes twice.

  i never answered the door, i just continued doing whatever it was i was doing and ignored the pounding at the door knowing it ticked them off because they knew i was home.

  when the witnesses randomly come to my door now i still don't answer but have thought about it just to give them hell.

  Sure I answer the door. Its my door! Besides, it might be Publisher's Clearinghouse with a check for a million gazillion dollars. Wouldn't want to miss that.

  If its the dubs, I'll give 'em a million gazillion reasons to get away from my door.

  Hubby passed away this morning...

  i want to thank all those that helped and encouraged me in my hard times!..hubby passed away from his cancer this morning.

  i am so sad my heart is broken.

  we decided to go ahead and have a memorial for him this weekend at the kingdom hall he went to.
