This piece refers to "Christians". I assume it's are refering to JWs and it was written by JWs. I believe that JWs are not recognized by all other Christian religions as being "Christian".
What do JWs think of about death of a JW vs Christians or any other denomination such as Jews, Muslims etc. Does an apostate or disfelloshipped person go to the same place as anyone else or what?

For some reason my computer will not copy. My comment was in reply to your saying that the present tennis sport is "dull at the moment". I watch all the matches I can and it is far from dull. The depth of mens tennis is very extensive as indicated by Popp, the 290 something in the world almost winning the Wimbledon championship tournament. The thing that makes a sport like tennis dull is when a single person (as a pair in the case of the Williams') are so talented that it is dominated by so few. This is not intended to take away the talent and capability from the Williams'.
I started the thread because I was receiving conflicting information on whether all the Williams family or part are JWs. There still seems to be a conflict among the answers I have read so far. I could sum it up that they are going to continue to call themselves JWs to keep the family together because they are aware that if they are disfellowshipped they will be shunned by their mother which I assume is a staunch JW.

Actually, as much as I now dislike Witnesses, I would not like to see them legally restricted. It would be a sign that our society has gone too far in limiting human rights. We would be no better than the Witnesses. Why not. Governments are limiting our human rights now. Fines for not fastening our seat belts or using the cell phone. These laws proved to be a revenue source for all the police forces. Imposing fees and fines is fine for me. ( no pun intended)

What happens when a person becomes a celebrity while in the org.(michael Jackson, Williams sisters) If they stay in are they allowed to sidestep the fmissionary work or do they just pay something to the org. and Jehovah God will grant special dispensation.

I was recently having a discussion with a JW on the extent to which the Williams family are JWs. His statement was that only the mother is a JW. Papa? Who knows. After a recent tennis tournament one of the girls refered to Jehovah God. As far as I know, only JWs use the two words in combination in that fashion. Does anyone out there no the truth.
