pursue divine education:some of our brothers are pursuing higher education, feeling that they can acquire a measure of financial security.
as you are aware, the educational system varies from country to country.

Prologos: There you are. We have been expecting you. There is no need to hide; there is a veritable feeding frenzy of theorists right now. Come on in, the water's fine. Theorists only bite rationals and empiricists, so you're safe: "Perhaps they retired on the hush money NASA had to pay after the successful fake?" -

Quality Thinking - Warning: Long Post Ahead
by Viviane inrecently, several threads have had some debate about logic, evidence, critical thinking and skepticism.
i wanted to write a post discussing those things, hopefully to clarify what those things are, why they are important and how to use those tools.
first, logic, at its core, is simply a method for how to reason validly, how to draw conclusions based on a premise.

Thanks Viv,
Excellent information. Our ex-Dub friends won't get to this point until they first make up their minds they want to be empiricists and then work on not becoming entrenched in their thoughts and beliefs based on their feelings, beliefs and biases.
That, IMHO, is where higher education helps. It is difficult to get a Master's degree, and impossible to get a doctorate, without understanding and practicing the science of research. I had to do a Master's research project (a thesis essentially) in addition to all all day comp sequestered in a room where I had to regurgitate 2 1/2 years of information.
If you have a good review team (and most if not all of these people have PhD after their name) they will ruthlessly evaluate your question/hypothesis, review of the history of the subject to ensure you conducted a 360 degree evaluation of empirical studies - so that you avoid confirmation bias, the data tools you develop to ensure accuracy of the questions you ask and the responses you get, and every finding you present to them based on your conclusions/results/etc. As it should be.
The typical Dub and ex-Dub hasn't a clue what is involved in getting a Master's degree or a PhD. If they did, methinks they would be far less likely to be dumbasses about shit they no nothing about and have far more respect for those who do.

"bringing up topics on this debating board requires an advanced knowledge of the subject.....special qualification....I must read the rules."
A childish an immature statement by a feeler/perceiver, and not even effective as a wise-ass comment. Bringing up topics is vastly different than making definitive statements about topics for which the poster has no real knowledge and no experience. That's arrogance and narcissism. Respect debating protocols; know something about the topic or exercise self control and avoid the keyboard.
And Mark, feigning being rational while being a hard-core conspiracy theorist isn't lost on any of us. As Viv would say, own it. Your rationale is typically employed by theorists. Make a mistake, say something in error or in the heat of the moment - all the while trying to do the very best thing - and a theorist somewhere at some point in time will use it. You and those like you are predictable.

R2D2,
Isn't America great? You get to have your opinions and freely express them, without retribution. But don't expect the empiricists and those who require more than feelings, beliefs and conspiracy websites to sit quietly while you have your way and your say, spreading what most of us believe to be an infestation and a disease.
The CIA, NASA, NSA and the other 13 or so agencies that collect intelligence are not perfect; no one said they were. But lots of very decent, honorable people of integrity work at these agencies. People who cannot be bought for any price by anyone. I know that is difficult for you to believe, but it is truth.

TheMark,
Thank you for your interest. Intelligence analysis, based on Wiki, is the process of taking known information about situations and entities of strategic, operational, or tactical importance, characterizing the known, and, with appropriate statements of probability, the future actions in those situations and by those entities. The descriptions are drawn from what may only be available in the form of deliberately deceptive information; the analyst must correlate the similarities among deceptions and extract a common truth. Although its practice is found in its purest form inside national intelligence agencies, its methods are also applicable in fields such as business intelligence or competitive intelligence.
The texts were: Intelligence Analysis A Target Centric Approach (Robert E. Clark) and Intelligence From Secrets to Policy (Mark M. Lowenthal). I will gladly email you the syllabus if interested. Excellent course material and a great class to teach.

When I came to this site a bit over 2 years ago, I immediately noticed the proliferation of the following groups:
a. Hardcore theist/bible/jesus thumpers
b. Conspiracy theorists
c. Self appointed members of the new Governing Body
d. Lots of individuals obsessed with all things Dub-ian
I thought about ending my stay very quickly. I had been out of the cult for over 20 years, living life to the full and leaving Dark Tower and Dark Lord issues far, far behind. I don't really belong here, but my mission is commendable - to try to get people to be more empirically inclined and to understand that feelings and beliefs, when they are supported solely by bias, are one of the primary problems with our species, if not the main one.
A lot of the hardcore bible/jesus people appear to have left for greener pastures. I took it on myself to ridicule the self appointed GB - you know, those old white males who arrived to amaze us all with their knowledge of all things scripture and prophecy, as though the Dark Lords and everyone else that had come before them were wrong and they, in the immensity of their sageness, were right. That group also appears to have gone to greener pastures or piped down a lot. Mission accomplished.
I view conspiracy theorists with disdain and revulsion. Anti-vaxxers are dangerous. Those who promulgate lies and deception are dangerous. Metatron has gone onto greener pastures (though I do miss that furry little OCD), as have a number of other theorists.
As long as I stay on this site, me and those like me will work to make your existence as a theorist a miserable one. If that hurts, wah. If I don't placate your sorry asses, more wah. You are dangerous. You are arrogant. You are narcissistic. You place yourself above those with vastly more knowledge and experience than you.
And perhaps the most dangerous thing about you is that you shroud your theorist self in a cloak of enlightenment while trying to sway others. Those exiting the Dark Tower need a lot of things - new religions and conspiracy theories aren't among them.

Suavoijr,
I made one direct reference to one of your posts. I agreed with your premise 100%, that we should not believe everything NASA, the government or anyone else tells us. Unless it's Cofty. I would say Viv too, but the scotch speaks sometimes for her… Not that that is a bad thing; it is a very good thing because she ends up talking about girl on girl, which is my favorite topic.
Anyway, my comments are accurate about the entrenched theorists; that doesn't seem to be you. If not, ignore them. I have major issues with uneducated, inexperienced people making definitive statements of disagreement about complicated issues that people with advanced degrees and decades of experience understand and are involved in. And so should we all.
None of the empiricists would suggest that NASA is our god and that we shouldn't use multiple sources, which we have done. Overandovernadoverandoverandover. And over.

The Australian Royal Commission will NOT do a damn thing to the WT!
by Calebs Airplane inthe rothschild family will not allow the aussies to take any significant action against their religious wing (mormons, jws, adventists, etc.).
the worst outcome for the borg will be a relatively small fine and a deadline to change their rules.
that is all..

No one is suppressing anyone's views, user,
Definitive statements devoid of actual facts or evidence should be called out for exactly what they are. We are doing no one any favors by placating stupidity - not the posters, the members, the lurkers and least of all the conspiracy theorists.
Not everyone telling you sweet things is your friend, user, and not everyone telling you truthful things that sting a bit is your enemy.

So let me get this straight, Rebel and the rest of you theorists. There were tens of thousands of professionals who worked on the space program and the mission to the moon. There were computer experts, payload experts, thrust engineers and specific groups who worked on the lunar lander and take-off, re-docking, re-entering the atmosphere, landing in the ocean, etc. - not to mention a thousand contingencies built into the process.
These were highly educated and trained individuals. To believe your nonsense every one of them would have had to been in on the conspiracy and the cover-up. AND maintained that silence for decades. You make grandiose claims, definitive statements and refer to conspiracy theorist websites and data posted by mommy basementers with nothing but a high school diploma and mommy's internet account, as your evidence.
Gotcha.
