I agree. Karl Marx would probably have been appalled at some of the tyrannical ways of the Soviets. Essentially, communism need not be anything more than a way to govern a nation's economy.

I'm not a communist because it simply doesn't work. I don't think it is the worst thing in the world, though. You have to admit, Karl Marx formulated some very good ideas. Communism, on the surface of it, is a very appealing form of government. Too bad it simply doesn't work.
You often throw around that word -- "commie" -- as if it were somehow evil and disgusting. Why? Do you think it is wrong (like I do) or somehow bad? There is a big difference.

tells noah he can eat animals now.. are you telling me an all-wise, all-knowing god isn't capable of better planning than that?

I do have to admit that Yeru's political and religious ideas seem rather two-dimensional at times or, rather, all the time. No, Clinton wasn't a "Great Guy" (tm). NEITHER is Bush Jr. Who would I rather have as our leader? I'll take blow jobs and prosperity over prayer breakfasts and body bags any day.
