That article has cherry picked facts. As one example i notice it showed the footage of officer Wilson after the incident purportedly to skew the idea of no damage even though the video is not clear to prove that, but it only mentions the video of ghe robbery Michael brown was involved in shory before the incident that clearly shows him strong arming and bullying a store clerk who confronts him. Just one example of the cherry picking in that article.

Michael Brown verdict discussion policy
by Simon init's likely that the grand jury verdict on the michael brown incident will be released in the coming days or weeks.. i've no doubt many people are going to feel strongly about things whatever the verdict is.. whatever the outcome though, here's what's not going to happen:.
we're not going to put up with inflamatory language and comments designed to rile others up.
be respectful.. we will not allow accusations of racism simply because some have a view of the verdict that contradicts others.. there will not be invented evidence or claims being repeated - if it's been falsely reported or debunked then it's off limits.. it's not going to be an opportunity for people to air past gripes over past discussions.. if you feel that you cannot discuss the subject in a rational way then it may be better to simply avoid any topics on the matter.. please try to be objective and respectful if you do decide to comment and not keen to take offense.

Wilson shot a man who tried to forcibly take his gun.
And i work in a casino. I've watched a lot of surveillance footage. Until we got hd cameras anything taken from that distance with that grain would not show the detail of an injury.

A reference would be helpful. I have looked up both his name and his name with the word aggressive. All I find is that Dorian Johnson says officer Wilson opened his door aggressively. I'm leaving to pick up my grandparents so if you cite an article and I don't thank you for it right away I'm not ignoring you, just gone for the day.

What is this "same report" that says the officer was very aggressive when he approached Michael?

MB decided he wanted to break the law the way he wanted to. He did not have to. He could have approached the ocficer with courtesy and respect.
officer Wilson is paid to enforce the law. If he ignored the teen, as you posit as an option, and thd teen goes on to do something else guess who is blamed. The media and the public seem to put officers in a no win situation. And, again, you are assuming the officer was disrespectful, discourteous, and unprofessional before being attacked by Michael. You don't know it to be factual.

Why on earth would Dorian Johnson's lawyer admit to the media that his client and Michael brown were involved in the theft if they weren't? how would it possibly benefit his client to lie about that?

Clearly you didn't follow the story... or even read any other comments on the thread. So...
How many shots were fired? From just the previous page of this thread:
As far as your argument that he should not have shot multiple times... If a guy that big is coming after you and shooting once doesn't stop him and he continues to come after you then you continue to shoot until he stops. The officers version is that that is what happened and if the evidence supports that then multiple shots are absolutely justified. If Michael kept coming after him the officer probably thought he either missed or hit an area that did not convince Michael to stop. Unless the evidence says Michael was lying prone on the ground and then shot several times I'm not certain what anyone expects. Would you fire one shot and when the huge guy charging you doesn't stop just shrug your shoulders and say 'oh well, I tried. Guess since the first shot didn't work I'll just let him have my gun to do what he will with it.'?
1) killed an unarmed civilian... who was over 6' and 300 lbs and fought for the officer's gun.
2) copied from just the previous page of this thread: I have to admit there is a certain entertainment value in reading comments about this from people who have never been in real fight and probably have never fired a gun. Pistols are notoriusly inaccurate and have low "stopping power." I'm not at all surprised when I hear about it taking multiple shots to bring some one or some thing down.
3) on what basis have you decided he couldn't handle the pressures of his job or that he reacted unprofessionally?

I live six miles from this. Local news has portrayed a much fairer picture than national news. The concept that the national media doesn't want to upset the populace is laughable. They have blown the whole situation well beyond what it is.

As to your last question, if in the hand to hand scuffle you go for the officers gun and then you come at him and are quite large enough to physically overpower him and take said gun by force then, yes, I think it does justify you being shot.

By the same token police officers get shot at in these situations. The word "militarized" is being thrown around a lot these days in reference to these situations. I don't generally see officers on duty wearing any more than a standard uniform. Only in these situations where there is a high likelihood of civil unrest do I see more protective gear being used. If we have a populace brazen enough to attack the police, loot, and riot based on their view of police culture rather than the facts and merits of the case then I have a hard time chastising officers whose job is to keep the rest of the citizenry and their property safe from also doing what they have to do to protect themselves in the line of that duty.
