yeah, this has been a question that has been on my mind for a while, but how do one know if he has been "marked" by the congregation?

do they announce it?

i have expressed doubt last year about the org, but i still have responsibilities within the kh.

Exactly. I am a HUGE CG fan. Really. Many compare him as a "Will Smith" (but IMHO he is a better rapper than Will, but a worse actor than Will, for what it's worth). In his songs he often talks about him being raised as a JW. In his song Toxic, he drops a line like, " Smoking Flying Lotus, used to be Jehovah's/ I'm in yo girl and now she feelin' polish like perogies" The line was just great.

I can't say what 'awakened' me exactly, but when I heard about the theory of us picking up the bones of men after the Big A stumbled me...heavily. The fact that JW's can just sit and smile about doing yardwork in order to make way for paradise was all sorts of f*cked up. Also, the 1914 chronology really got to me as well, and I think that is what woke me up officially. The false 1919 doctrine got be "blinking" and that made me question the FDS, in which after I found out that I really wasn't "allowed" to, that is when I was fully cognizant of the Machine I am in. I am more founded in secular than WT knowledge, but with the oncoming knowledge in regards to the way WT handles pedophiles and other contradictions within WT theology (THANK YOU BASED BLONDIE), I am growing from infantile to mature in WT BS.

I know I am going to sound like a dack, but I never respected the Catholic church as a religion. It is based off of total tradition and lies. It really upset me that I am still apart of an Organization not too far from it.

Dualism in new WT theology?

i am not the most "deep" wt student, and i am trying to beef up on wt theology so i can reassess my belief system and prove to myself that what i am planning to do is the right thing.

but what i lack in wt theology knowledge, i make up in some philosophical knowledge.

wt theology teaches a purely physicalist standpoint, in which our soul is limited to our bodies, no spirit.
