Hello
by sweet tee inthis is my first forum post though i've been out here reading yours for a while.
i didn't know how to post my bio.
i became a jdub at the age of 16. i had a child out-of-wedlock who was 1 year old at the time and i was searching for answers - i wanted my son to have a future and the one the witnesses portrayed was better than anything i'd ever heard!

I DA'd in 1986 any landing on this site years later was an increadible find for me....these are some good people who keep my brain active even if we don't always agree....but then again how much fun would it be if we did !!

I have not forgotten....just working on putting things together for the "Kit"
So Far it will include:
Blindfold -- Ear Plugs -- Tape for mouth and hands -- Preparation H to keep butt tight -- Darts to throw at our backs or hearts -- Snack Bar since they can't eat with us -- Several stickers that read "My loved one is no longer one of Jehovah's Witnesses and now they are dead to me" and "Shunning...How the Jehovah's Witnesses say "I love you"".
I am thinking of a starting price of $6.07and a buy it now price of $19.75 LOL
I will get it posted as quick as I can but I want to make sure I do it well to get the point across.

I travel around the country a lot for my business but it is all crowded airports and hotels......I'd love to actually "SEE" the country with my kids before they are old enough to realize that they hate me. LOL

Jehovah's Witnesses...... A Connection still...
by ScoobySnax inwhen you bump into a jw who you've known previously, do you still feel any connection at all?.
i seem to be a magnet for them at local supermarkets, i always stop and chat and can't help still feeling such a connection with them.
they were my "brothers and sisters" after all.

There are a lot of old friends...kids I grew up with that are now also out that I lost touch with and I wonder what happened to them. There is one woman that was very special to me that I still miss... And of course my parents are still in...
But the dubs I see on the street or in the mall....they usually recognize me and run the other way. LOL Of course I always smile big and wave and try to talk...more to make them uncomfortable than anything else really. I'm sure the anti dub stickers on my car or the shirts I've made don't win a lot of points with them.

I don't want to break any of Simon's rules here so I will not post a link.......but there are currently t-shirts and other items available with my designs on them...I will give people the info if they want to email me. Tell me which design you like the most and I will change things to have more items with that design.
