  To me this seams like more than a coincidence ...

  sorry if this has been discussed before.... for a few days now, this question has been going through my mind.

  what was the date the governing body took the sole role of the faithful and discreet slave and how close was it to the end of the mayan calendar in december of 2012?

  what were some of the derogatory things you heard or said about house holders?

  i've been drawing back lately and looking at the big picture going on in the org, somewhat like slimboyfat has also been doing, but i am wondering about different possibilities.

  so the current gb has modernized recently in various ways.

  they have done a strong and sudden about-face regarding the electronic world, from viewing the whole thing suspiciously and condemning bros. use tablets from the platform to suddenly embracing them and causing the r&f to do so to such a degree that old ones are spending hundreds of dollars to buy devices that they have no clue how to use; they have heavily embraced this media for their message, very much like the churches have been doing for years, especially with their jw broadcasting and their caleb and sophia animations.

  Does anyone know of the dress code , in the carribean?

  We are i puerto rico, and i hate seeing pops come home hot, and sweaty!!😠

  If its on paper...does anyone know ? Maybe guayaveras, like in the philipines?

  in the congregation where i grew up, the witnesses converted this 20-something young man.

  he was very strange, lived in a very shady apartment, and he couldn't afford a car, so he rode his bike around the whole area, which was very strange for our rural part of the country.

  according to larry, he came from quite a wealthy family in the country he was from.

  it embarrassed me.

  when i was young my folks made me wear one and i opened it up and took the paper out making it look like it fell out.

  after my folks ask what happen i said i dont know.

  about a year ago, i was going to get baptized.

  it was all planned and arranged until ttatt was learned.

  My friend.....pick up where you left off...before you met the jw's.... Continue with your life happily, and cut your losses. We all have had to do this i think.😢

  i just watched a show on tlc..where a man killed his mother, and father.

  after the show was over, and everyone said their comments....one comment stuck in my head.

  the comment that stuck in my head was" he not only lost his parents....he lost everyone associated with himself"... .. i thought to myself.......it happens in kingdom halls every day, and not for murder......but for something petty....like smoking a cigarette.. any views on this?.

  I just watched a show on TLC..where a man killed his mother, and father. After the show was over, and everyone said their comments....one comment stuck in my head. The comment that stuck in my head was" HE NOT ONLY LOST HIS PARENTS....HE LOST EVERYONE ASSOCIATED WITH HIMSELF"... .

  I thought to myself.......it happens in kingdom halls every day, and not for murder......but for something petty....like smoking a cigarette.😡
