okay, so...i haven't been to the kingdumb hall since last spring but i like to believe i'm up to date with the jw ways.
as most of you have heard many times already, my mother was disfellowshipped (actually they said he disassociated), for accepting blood transfusions in a life or death situation.
right after coming from the hospital the elder said she da'd.
Most dubs shun in public, but if it's some one close to them, many privately ignore the stupid shunning thing and associate in a clandestine manner.

for all those who are still on the fence regarding this evil cult i present one image that tells a thousand stories.
i just took a screenshot of this months cult indoctrination broadcast.
although i have watched the "faith in action" video before and it still has the same effect on me as it always does, this image is the most evocative of them all.
To me it goes much deeper than the 'evil organization'. It's the 'evil god' that allowed this to happen to his "name people". If you recall, just 1 month before this tragedy occurred, the AGM took place where the new silver bible was released. It was specifically alluded to by no other than 'god's mouth piece', that jehober had manipulated the weather so that the humidity did not delay the printing of the "silver sword".
So now we can be comforted that jehober controlled the weather facilitating the printing of a flawed bible but he could not control the weather to save the lives of at least 23 of his "name people". god id good!

having now been out of the cult for a few years, it really shocks me about some of the nonsense i used to believe in.
like for instance, christ ruling in the midst of his enemies, but doing so invisibly.. let's let that one sink in for a minute.
you've supposedly got a king who is ruling for a kingdom, but it is an invisible rule.

so i decided yesterday to give my wife's full disclosure.
not sure it was the best decision considering she holds very firmly to the resurrection hope so we can see our babies again.. anyways she is agreeable to begin a study to find a better truth.
where is a good place to go to get some good reliable biblical info on the web that we can consider together?.
For a 'better truth', try Greek mythology! It's so much more interesting and mystical that Hebrew mythology (aka da' Bible).

Something similar happened to me when I was a kid nearly 55 years ago. Being "used" by jehober's organization, having the "privilege" of being on an assembly program totally screwed me up. That event and others that followed, helped to reinforce the indoctrination. It took nearly half a century for me to break free!
