  organization obsesion

  History bears out that the wt organization is extremely obsessed with discrediting every other 'organization' on earth except the wt. Therefore, it is equally incumbent on those who have first hand knowledge and experience to use whatever means available to expose the wt organization for what it really is.

  In all "fairness" to the corrupt wt organization, all other religious 'organizations' are no doubt the same! It's just that we on this forum have personal (bad) experience with wt.

  When are the blessings coming to the WTS?

  if the wts is the mouthpiece of the lord, then wouldn't there be some signs and wonders?.

  What is a generation? Matthew 1:17 is pretty clear to me

  so we have this ridiculous teaching of an overlapping generation, something the bible clearly does not teach.

  if this has been mentioned before i apologize.

  but it's interesting that at the start of matthew we go through the genealogy of jesus.

  It's like the serious trouble that many big name politicians get themselves into. It's not the original LIE that causes the trouble to get so serious, it's the "cover up" that exacerbates the problem!

  When you fu*k up just admit it, ask forgiveness (people forget real soon) and then move on. Lying to "cover up" just keeps the controversy going!

  There seems to be many jw's marrying outside of org recently.

  l was wondering if others have noticed this or is just my imagination?my sister whom has always been a fine example of a dub just got married to an outsider was a shock to everyone as no one knew she was dating an outsider.she seems happy.the elders are to shit scared of her to approach her about the matter.

  I'm with you bro! Every sane, logical, reasonable person on earth knows that a human generation covers a relatively short period of time.

  It's the same way I have always felt about the 144,000 being shoved down our throats as a literal number when every other number in revelation is symbolic. lol

  This week's resurrection video, will it backfire on the wt?

  the resurrection is supposed to be a joyous occasion?, if it ever happened!

  --well, this week's showing at the hall was the opposite, it was about death with violins playing in the background.

  a recently bereaved member, , full of tears, (like many others) could not contain herself.

  My grandma, who was born in 1898, believed she would never die cause Russell led her to believe that falsehood! My mom, who was born in 1918, believed she would never die cause her mom, Rutherford, Franz, and Knorr taught her to believe that falsehood. She taught her 5 children the same bullsh*t and unfortunately, 3 of them still believe it. Resurrection is a "pie in the sky" teaching that keeps the carrot out in front of the donkeys.

  It's the final 'fall back' teaching that if all else fails. No Armageddon to deliver us, no miraculously being saved by jehober from some horrific disease, no shielding from an untimely fatal accident, or from 'natural' causes and you die. BUT, there's always the resurrection fantasy to save their asses!

  Why is it ok for witnesses to go to Church backed hospitals?

  if witnesses should "get out of babylon the great" then why is it ok to go into hospitals that have been set up, and have funding from churches?.

  Just as a side note on "giving" blood. When a jw goes to a doctor's office, medical lab, or hospital to have several vials of blood drawn/taken for the purpose of testing for diseases or other certain medical conditions, isn't that "donating" blood? It's certainly not being 'poured out' on the ground!

  Isn't that blood being used to prolong a persons life?

  Hypocritical!

  I've asked my 'still-in' lovely wife this question many times.
