i am really curious as to how you will answer this soj,,,,,,,and any other active jw's who post here, even read here,,,,,,,,,because when i was an active witness,,,,,,,,i was taught that reading any apostate material was wrong.

i was always honest with my field service reports, until the time when an elder came over to give me hell because i had only 1 hour that month in the field service.
i told him that i was working 50 hours a week, had a 4 day district convention that month and couldn't do miracles that month.
he never accepted my explanation.. .
I still do cheat. You would think someone would notice that I rarely go out in service but report a few measly hours every month...
Sometimes at meeing for field service when my family and I would get assigned territory all by ourselves (Which happened a lot so whats the point in going to meeting for field service??) If this happens we would skip the service and go to breakfast...this is an automatic 1 hour ( should be 2 but I'm not greedy)

i just bought a red layered dress.
i don't know how to explain it completely, but it is a red chiffon and a copy of a very famous german styler.
In my opinion it is possible to dress inappropriatly for various occasions. This has nothing to do with being or not being a JW but is simply a matter of ettiquette. I would imagine your dress would not be appropriate at a funeral. And of course at wedding event the bride is the focus of attention and attempting to outshine her is always in poor taste.
