  if anyone has any unwanted jw books or brochures let me know.

  not really in a position to buy them from you but i could cover postage maybe?

  my jw friend says she'll get me copies of things but never does.. apologies if here was the wrong forum place for this post.. .

  Sadly true that they are indeed a rarity now. Car boot sales I suppose are always good bets.

  NeverKnew, we do indeed sound similar. Faith I have a deep respect, passion and love for. Religion less so, in as much as I see faith as being the personal belief and religion being the indoctrinal organisation, the form of governance if you will.

  Wasanelder Once and Happy@Last , thank you. I believe if we stop seeking and learning, then we lose our way. We lose our purpose. We become complacent and stop appreciating life. I'm learning about JWs as I did with Catholisism, to take from it what is right and needed and leave behind the dross designed to just keep people in line.

  Will do my best to! Got into the habit of reading the Day Text every day on my phone on the way to work. Wish I had a hard copy of it though as the writing on my phone is too small!

  Catholic upbringing but always been open to other faiths and other religions. More into faith as a concept than I am religion, but I'm also just into learning. That's why I'm borrowing my friend's study materials and trying to read them with them.

  No idea how to adjust settings or whatever on here!
