DEATH: How have you prepared? Funeral, cremation, donate body to Science?

well, hell!.

i had dizzy spells and near-fainting and nausea for a few days, so why wouldn't i start thinking about death, ya know?.

am i just very lax in my responsibilities in having no plans at all?isn't that irresponsible?

I've told to housemate to just set my carcass out on the curb come trash day and don't worry about it.

this topic is related to the one about the relocation of publishers and moving and dissolving congregations.. some of the things that we are seeing now were unthinkable a few years back, examples the closing of the branches, layoff of bethelites and travelling overseers, the grabbing of the congregations funds and many more.

some of my friends tell me that basically the wt was operating with an early 20th century business model that needed a tune up and that worldly consultants are behind the changes that have been implemented.. nevertheless to put it in hollywood terms, they seem to think that they are on a “mission from god” and that they are “going where no man, has gone before”..

It's not the wrong direction. It's just not logical from a human standpoint.

so just the other day i happened to look out my window to see the cobe and the elder who studied with me on the doors.

it got me thinking.. i remember one day, during my study that he said he loved me.

although he meant this as a "brother" it actually sent me into, what i can only describe as shock and alarm!

well here's the thing... my brother-in-law needed some marketing boost for his dental clinic (i'm a dental student by now, her sister, my girlfriend, also), so i designed some brochures and today they were ready at the print studio.. i told him... "look, i spent 20 years in that cult, they have a very boring message, and they still managed to achieve 7m or more adepts, so i will distribute this brochures in the area this way: just like in field service, drawing some territories and "preaching" block by block... just to know were and when our advertising is being delivered".

so i started preaching the "dental good news", it was so easy compared to field service!!!

everyone were very receptive in the clinic's neighbourhood (it's in a downtown area in santiago, cl).

Actually, I googled "dental terminology" ... and went from there.

Once the Watchtower plaque is removed and recalcification allows our true enamel to shine through, there is no limit to what we can accomplish. No more need for analgesia, no need for the support of abutments, for gone is the abscess of our cult indoctrination, our cavities filled with knowledge, our root canals full of courage... we go therefore, and....

... do whatever the EFF we wanna do!
