  If your parents left everything to Watchtower, what could you legally do ?

  i'm sure this must happen, brother faithful and sister subjection, spend their whole life in jw land, have an average/good living, have three kids, both pass on, leave it all (or most) to the watchtower, would you have a case or any legal grounds in getting your money back.. definitely a case for johnny cochrane.. i'm a little worried my parents might do something this stupid.. any experiences or ideas .................

  In the Netherlands it is not possible to disinherit the children completely:
  25%can be given to whom they want - the rest goes legally to the children and husband or wife.

  OK My turn to be down in the dumps

  well i had a lot of good news like no cancer and that was great.

  i am healing well from the surgery.. i finally got my wheelchair and that has allowed me a bit more freedom.

  but winter is coming and the wheelchair won't be very useful.. the orthotics.

  That is one of the miseries of today.
  People 'think' to much, or don't think at all.
  
  But you will have your orthotic somewhere in future and walk again.
  
  Good to hear that you don't have cancer !!!

  much of the info contained in the letter may not be new to most of you, even boring maybe, but i hope it will be of help to many.. i'd like to thank many of you whom have contributed to uncovering many of the wt secrets and also for having websites where this info is so perfectly organized and readily available.. letter probably won't even be read, considering i'm an apostate in the eyes of the jw's, but i sent it anyway.. (if you find any inaccuracies, then please let me know.

  Andy, is it possible that you give the letter in Dutch as well ?
  You have put everything in, I possible could think of as arguments again the Watchtower.

  had a car crash today...

  hi everyone;feeling sorry for myself and i'm really bored .

  did'nt have a very good day today,,, .

  i was wearing my seatbelt so luckily did'nt hit the windscreen i saw him in my mirror a couple of seconds before he hit and i could'nt do a thing-it was awful, waiting for the impact, i was thrown forwards, then back again.

  several reasons: the way they treat my daughter.
  My daughter who keeps telling me about the "non-truth"
  The very obvious lies / mistakes they told us.
  and the fact that they should have bored me to death when I had to stay....
