Electronic Cigarettes
by WontLeave inhas anyone heard or had any first-hand experience with the society's reaction to electronic cigarettes?
none of the arguments used against real cigarettes hold water against e-cigs.
all of the dangerous chemicals are out.

How the heck does Alexa know the education level of people who visited?
They check the search terms of people who can't spell in Googles search with terms like:
jw.ogg
jw.borg
jw.ugg
jw.rugg
who.shot.jr
windowclean.cloth
bj.porn.hub.
etc.. -

I don't know how you can even stand being in the midst of that great delusion faking it. I could not pretend for 3 minutes let alone 3 whole days.

Loneliness can have crippling effects , and the Watchtower knows how to use it..
by defender of truth in"we are, as a rule, considerably diminished when disengaged from others.
isolation may very often be the sum total of wretchedness, as the writer thomas carlyle put it.".
"though note what he had to say about the two years he spent in isolation: its an awful thing, solitary.

The loneliest and most socially isolated years of my life were those spent in the organization, never out of it.

God listens and RESPONDS to your prayer if you know how to log on to Him! Here is the proof.
by exWTslave inall my family members and friends (that include some elders) advised me to divorce my wife whose only joy was to pick up fight with me for everything i do, except my grand-mother who said: when you married her, you looked for only her good pointher regular pioneering despite having an opposing family.
for being good, you will ultimately reap something far better through her.
stick on to her.

I find it completely ridiculous and insulting that when someone comes on here and says that they have a direct hotline to God himself even hearing his voice and being given that new winter jacket they asked for.. or a new pair of shoes for the ministry, or having one's miserable dragon of a wife smile for the first time in 30 years and call it an act of God!
Yet when others simply ask sincere, simple and basic questions on how this could be remotely possible you are immediately labelled as being a 'physical man' or 'not spiritual enough' or a persecutor of some kind and so fullfilling that other neat little scripture they always have on hand and do not hesitate in firing at you like a hot barb.
The more I hear and read the delusional rantings of so called religions and spiritual people the more I get chronic indigestion and want to just vomit the entire concept of religion out of my soul for ever.
I'm beginning to think that being religious and having such 'experiences' is akin to being borderline insane.
Note to self: Stay clear of all threads that include "Proof of God in my life", "I found the way to Jesus", "Jesus lives in me", "If only you would let Jesus into your life". -

The animated Kama Sutra was the possible inspiration for this I suspect.

Australian brother and sister country band
by under the radar ina while back, there were some interesting posts about an award-winning australian brother and sister country music band.
they had a music video out which showed "hot button" words from the watchtower as if cut out and pasted on a wall for a backdrop.
does anyone know the name of this band and/or the title of the song i'm thinking of?

Song #29: "Walking in Integrity" plagiarizes a song that was inspired by demons!
by Oubliette in[earlier today i posted this onanother thread about kingdom melodies.
i decided to repost in its own thread because i am sure most of us don't know the facts about this song and would be very suprised.
enjoy!].

This does not necessarily mean this song was plagiarized at all. Many songs sound just like other songs and use the same harmonies.. There are a million songs that share the same chordal harmonies right across different genres without any ripping off having taken place.
Sorry but no one has copyright on harmony.
The I–V–vi–IV chord progression for example is one of the most common and heavily used in modern music. e.g: C G Am F.
It's used in all these songs.. Yet none of these artists are accusing each other of ripping the other off.List of songs containing the I–V–vi–IV progression
