What religion have you met in your lives where people who once were your best friends stop associating or acting human towards you and your family because you decided to evaluate your religion and found it lacking from a Biblical standpoint? Seriously, have you met any religions like the Watchtower willing to throw away decades of friendship over Bible disputes?

Asshole Atheism – Not for me, now or ever.
by donny into start off with let me clarify that by asshole atheism i am not referring to strong atheism or any other type of upfront atheism.
what i am referring to is the belligerent, hateful atheism that smacks of trolls and other types who want to derail conversation or comments at any cost..
i enjoy hearing comments from both sides of the subjects of theism, nationalism or politics, especially from those who have intense opinions.

hateful groups come in all walks of life, zealous JWs are evil and I would compare them to ISIS or ISIL. some of the coolest people I know are atheists even though they don't have to worry about their conduct, they have more morals than many religious people who tug me around! -

I read magazines dating back to the 1950s or 1960s showing how they wish they could stone doubters and anyone who makes logical arguments demonstrating they don't have their ducks in a row.
I think Jehovah's Witnesses are one of the most non-physical violent, if not the most, hateful religion in the World. I base my views on many years of seeing Witnesses vying for prominence like someone in corporate America climbs over the heads of anyone in their path to the top. Jehovah's Witnesses will stab their fellow Ministerial Servants, Elders in the back if it get's them the desired outcome. Ms Ob, your very smart to think how they would behave like ISIS if given the legal opportunity to stone their fellows to death!

Do Jehovah's Witnesses really practice charity and help the needy in war ravaged areas in third-world countries?
by JWCart inthe pusher i have told a young man today that jehovah's witnesses are one of the biggest helpers with hunger reliefs and bringing solar stoves to west africa and the watchtower has donated vast resources to help ebola victims by providing hundreds of "clean up stations" plus jehovah's witnesses are sending millions of dollars in medical aid, is this true?.
are jehovah witnesses with backing from the watchtower helping eliminate illiterate children like the catholic church is doing in uganda and kenya by housing 5 to 13 year old kids and proving two meals, a roof over their head and education up to 15 years giving them a edge, so they don't end up in the sex trade, as a jw-cart the pride swelled up in my heart knowing how generous our organization is with the poor.

Well I feel like a total idiot believing what my Pusher said, why do they feel the need to evade a honest question from a young man who looked like he was a professional, he was very well dressed and drove a nice car. The impetus to try to get them to avoid thinking about modern day Jehovah's Witness practices and hide all their proud historical Dynasty of clean doctrines they claim Jesus Christ picked because Christendom failed the test.
What did Jehovah's Witnesses do to merit Jesus Christ's recognition if their not practicing gifts of mercy, love among each other (as a JW Cart, I wish I had a video tape to show you all the evil I experienced by JWs hurting other JWs, they don't offer charity or love as you mentioned, thank you!

i think he is of uk origin, do you know which video it is and where i can find it?
i would like to find it but have had not success in making it happen!.

This was the Video that got this man out of the Organization for good, he suffers from depression and stress because he questions whether he made the right choice to leave the Watchtower even after seeing this video.

Is there anything about the JW's you still like?

of course there are some things i agree with and some i partially do.
1. political involvement - while i do not agree with totally avoiding anything associated with politics, i agree that many of todays churches are way too involved in trying to sway their constituents beliefs.

No, I don't like anything about them because I've seen their true identity, it's basically a religion where the most selfish of society can feel good about doing nothing for the World while slapping themselves on their backs claiming they are doing good works and good deeds.
JWs are a strange bunch, they are quick to tell everyone you need "Faith" with "Undeserved Kindness" but they slowly push "Grace" out the door and don't practice good to people who are not part of their Organization. There was a man who came down from Heaven and said "If all you do is practice good to your own, your no better than the Gentiles because that's what they do!" JWs are the Modern Day Pharisees and offer no value to humanity, they are nothing but takers sucking off the tits of the Wild Beast or King of the South.
