unfortunately mr. bowen feels the need to lie to you all, and slander the name of abuse survivors he claims to protect and serve.
a copy of his most recent attack is below my short response.

my question is "why are'nt the democrats jumping on bush's hipocracy as well?
they certainly need all the fuel they can get before 2004. it was bush that stood before an open mike and by name called someone a "major league asshole.
" the demos need to be applying pressure at every leval if they hope to gain in 04. are they scared to speak out?
Neon- both parties have the problem- the issue with the democrats at present is that they are being woosies about all this. THey are running scared. We are talking current politics not history here. At least thats what I am talking. I grew up in racist Alabama under George Wallace and couldnt wait to leave that state. I remember the "For whites Only signs" in laundry matts of all places- sick thinking from a-z. Left Alabama and have dated women of color from all cultures.
Geoerge Wallace and a few of the others you mentioned at least let everyone know very vocaly where they stood. And to my amazement it was the blacks in Alabama who voted the man into office for his last term of governer. And though I do not know you Neon I suspect that you are not a black person. It was the black vote that gave Clinton tow terms, it was the lack of black voters that gave the repubs thier victory this year- and if the democrats are smart they will get the black voters out for 2004. Hypocrite or not the democrats have always been more supportive of poor and minorities in this country.
There are skelitons in all closets- but if you are in politics and you are too scared to drag skelitons out of your oponants closet you are doomed to lose...

Are they scared to speak out? The elections this year clearly showed that the democrats need to take stronger stands and identify some leadership- Are they going to blow this one too?
having read the exchanges between rev, bill bowen, and others involved in the silent lambs website, i honestly feel sickened.
i remember when i first started to hear rumblings that "something big" was going down regarding the society's handling of child abuse.
i was overjoyed because i had first-hand knowledge of several atrocities in this regard and was hoping against all odds that a major upset would force them to change their policies.
Certainly if Bill Bowen and SOME of the silent lambs supporters would STOP spreading thier dirty laundery all over the internet- and accusations of wrong by other ex jws- then NO ONE would be having this experience......

Santa done lost it! LOL Trauma have a wonderful holiday! I wish you well. By way of making peace I will say that if you feel that was a blanket statement I will be man enough to apologize for having made it. It was not my intent to blanket in any such way- so very sorry for not have worded that better- for trauma i do know several silent lamb supporters who would never lie or support the lies of others.
BTW trauma I visited your web site. You clearly are a proud papa of a son that you love. I too am a father- though my son is a grown 22 year old. Earlier this year my son came down with bacterial meningitis. He almost died from this nasty disease. Thankfully he came out of the coma, however the costs was great- he lost both of his feet. During this ordeal the founder of silent lambs and a supporter insinuated that I had fabricated this story about my son- As a father also I am sure you can understand how very, very cold a father would feel that was.
And please let me add trauma that from all the post that I have read of yours I do not believe that it is in you to lie- I have not seen anything to show me that you are capable of lieing.

TH there is no Trauma Hound in any of that post and no meaning that ALL silent lamb supporters are liars. But clearly you are of an ilk that would love to defend the great bowen and on that topic the floor is yours- I know what I know as they say and so very glad to be free from the borg and free to speak up. Never again to blidnly follow the lead of another man or men. BTW when you find the post refering to yourself by me trauma let me know- I would like to see it myself.

TH I do not recall ever saying that you or ALL silent lamb supporters "lied". If that is what you felt I said- all I can say is that was not what was meant- The intent was that SOME including Bill Bowen have gone well out of there way to hurt others on this forum- With so many silent lamb victims and a good hearted, caring person at the helm- how does Bill find the time to post negative statements about anyone? WHy would he?

undf'd the thread with the lies about myself I am sure is still back there somewhere- A poster whom I had never had dealings- jumped in on a thread with these wild accusations- the charges he made could have only come from Bill Bowen- a subsequent voice communication with another person who knows this poster proved my suspicion that Bill Bowen was behind the false accusations. Other than you finding the thread here that is all I care to share on that subject- it was thanks to some who know me that my name was cleared here.
