Olive Garden has soup and salad all you can eat for $7 until 4pm. It's healthy, too.
It's not healthy when you eat 7 breadsticks.
my version of the "moral argument for god": .
(i have derived the following arguments after studying c.s.
lewis', norman geisler's, and victor reppert's arguments, and i want to give credit where credit is due).
I'm surprised he even has the nerve to show himself after pulling the edit-a-wikipedia-article-to-try-and-support-my-flawed-viewpoint-one-minute-before-posting-it stunt yesterday.
Sweet, sweet pwnage.
Now, do I think intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe? It's a mighty big place; it seems likely. But we have no way to know one way or another yet. We have no idea how common any sort of life is in the universe, let alone intelligent life.
Humans evolved on this planet. It is possible, however, that life on Earth was seeded by another source in the universe (panspermia).
a friend a while back showed me this video and we were discussing it at length about all the potential benefits to the.
economy of each family as well as to solving most of the demands for energy of every country willing to use it.. and you talk about earth friendly, i would be hard pressed to find anything that would be any easier on the enviroment.. anyways i would appreciate any and all feedback from any of you whether it be postive or negative on this.. list any pro's or con's that you can see.. according to the research i've seen on this, it could very well be head and shoulders above the rest as far as alternative.
energy sources.. notice the point in the video too about where the researcher/scientist says one acre of corn yields about 18 gallons of.
Looks impressive. For something like this to be used, it first needs to prove itself. Also all of the costs involved need to be calculated to see if it makes financial sense. Fossil fuels have high energy density and relatively low costs, so it's hard for competing alternative energy sources to take hold. (Of course that will change once fossil fuels become scarce and price skyrockets.)
How much does a closed system like that cost to purchase, install, and maintain? What sort of costs must be paid to the company that developed this? How difficult is it to extract the oil from the algae? What is the energy density of the oil?
For alternative fuel sources to be viable, the total cost needs to be comparable (or less) than current competing energy sources.
the case for god:.
the "big bang" argument for god:.
the argument for god from evil:.
None of the above in my opinion are by chance....They are gifts from god.
You have been misinformed if you think evolution and natural selection is "chance."

Are you saying all of the Theists are ignorant?
Where did he say anything of the sort?
Mankind has an insatiable desire to find answers to questions about the world around us. Historically the tendency has been to attribute unknown phenomena to god(s) instead of just saying "we don't know." As science progresses and answers questions about the natural world, god is no longer needed to answer those questions.
In other words, god lives in the gaps of science. The gaps will continue to shrink as time progresses.
i have some old notes from a 1981 circuit assembly.
brother frank bartell was the district overseer.
i am pretty sure its 1981 or 1982.. anyway, in his last talk he said that there was a terrible situation in cleveland ohio the previous year (1980).
